something heavy like a scythe doesn't realy match the agility build he's going for, so I think the only weapons that would fit his needs would be daggers, short swords, rapier, maybe some kind of claws or gauntlets. btw good work author, I'm enjoying your story :)

Maybe kunai or shuriken might work as a weapon for him. He can intersperse it with his blood swipes. Then future armor can be those with cloak or cape - hope it has or gains sentience and can be like Dr. Strange’s cape!

in a military school with military instructors kids are left to choose their own weapons instead of an informed analysis on feasibility by an actual expert. in the grand scheme of things not a big issue but I like stories where the world is not dumb
