Chapter 598: Crossing Over

Li Yao instantly stepped into the shadow, but he immediately noticed a hazy deep blue glow on him, making it impossible for him to fully submerge into the shadow.

"Damn! How does this small tribe have this kind of thing?"

Without hesitation, Li Yao took flight with a flash, zooming towards the city outskirts like a bolt of lightning.

Escape by stealth was out of the question. If he was caught hesitating and trapped by the ogres, he'd be done for.

Although he didn't care much about experience, losing a level wasn't a big deal to him. But dropping an important piece of equipment would be a real pain.

The ogres won't wait for him to respawn before snatching up his loot.

When Li Yao took flight, it caught the attention of the ogres. The ogres began running wildly on the ground towards him.

The flight duration of his wings wasn't long and it wouldn't be enough to carry Li Yao out of the city.
