Ashlun: Ah-sh-loon" Draconian. No.
Anhsfire: "Ahns-fear-eh" Dragon Hunter Magic. Revocation. When spoken aloud, Hunter's Fire will dissipate, leaving behind a trail of whatever the Dragon Hunter decided to destroy.
Asrac: "Ahs-rock" A Dragon Hunter's golden and most valuable weapon. Only bestowed upon a Slayer after completion of their Transanya Vaniel. Each weapon is unique to a Hunter and has a name / special ability. (Ex. See Reklaw-Nus) All Asrac contain a magical ability to store a dragon's blood to use for tracking if a quarry escapes or has become lost.
Aragashen: "Are-ah-gah-shin" Draconian. "Defender of God." A priestess whom was mate to Nialis in the first lifetime. Modern day Aragashen are similar to Catholic nuns where they uphold the teachings of Nialis while simultaneously providing council to civilian dragons. Generally mate for life to a single Avatar. Reputed to be well-versed warriors.
Avatar: Reincarnated soul mate - or other half - to Aragashen. Is the lover, protector, and keeper of their Spark (see Srekaiset). Bond originally created by the dragon god Nialis as a promise to never leave Telen Aragashen side.
Drashikni: "Drah-sheek-knee" Draconian. Dear one/Darling/Beloved
Erifshna: "Ear-if-sh-nah" Dragon Hunter Magic. Invocation. When spoken aloud, a blaze of blue-green Hunter's fire appears at the command of a Dragon Hunter.
Fenlaa: "Fehn-lah" Draconian. A child endearment. Typically translating to "Little Fiery one" or "Fierce youngling"
Hunter's Fire: A magical blue green ball of fire that erupts from a Dragon Hunter's hand. Does not burn like normal fire. Will only engulf and destroy what the Dragon Hunter deigns to destroy. To invoke this spell, Hunters speak the word : Erifshna.
Keshlen: "Keh-sh-lehn" Draconian. The Executioner/ Bringer of Death. Most feared and notorious Hunter in modern Draconian history. Responsible for the majority of the decline of the dragon race. Rumored to be current wielder of infamous Asrac: Reklaw-Nus.
Krekna: "Crehk-nah" Draconian Expletive
Lycanvamp: "Lie-can-vamp" Hybrid species of a vampire and lycanthrope. First successful experiment created by Vampire Mortimer Challen and Werewolf cohort Davis Tezowski in creation of the Windchime Twins, Sun and Moon. Lycanvamp species is thought to be primarily lupine in species, given the creatures official existence from sire Sun Windchime.
Moon-Touched: A Dragon-Hunter's term for what we commonly call lycanthropes. Were-creatures are Shifters that are affected by the phases of the Moon when they are forced to shift into their animal selves.
Paranormal Masters: A group, typically consisting of Shifters and Witches, though other races have been sworn in. This group governs and polices the paranormal community.
Nialis: "Nee-ah-lihs" Ancient Dragon God. First of Draconian species. Revered by generations of Dragons. All powerful. Original Mate and first Avatar to Telen Aragashen.
Reklaw-Nus: "Ray-claw -- Nus" Sunwalker. Ancient weapon dating to the first Dragon Hunter. Gold dagger with a serpentine blade. Hilt displays a dragons head with wings aloft. Magical ability: Temporarily robs a dragon of their main line of defense, allowing the wielder to gain the upper hand in combat. Rumored to currently be in the possession of the Executioner (See Keshlen)
Reneslan: "Ray-nes-lahn" Draconian. Expletive.
Reyna: "Ray-nah" Draconian. Feminine term of endearment. Translates to "Little One"
Sekrai Shemka: "Seh-cry Shame-cah" Draconian. Heartstone Spark. Gemstone mimicking a taaffeite stone. Intricately imbedded into the left wrist of Telen Aragashen.Can only be created by Nialis. Potent magical properties including: history and collective memories of entire dragon species, true immortality bestowed upon the wearer, resurrection of the recently deceased, and divining the future.
Selah: "Say-lah" Draconian. Aragashen's Spark. The humanity/soul of a "Defender of God" Aragashen typically bestow their Spark to only one Avatar as a mate for life.
Shifter: A paranormal race that has the ability to shift their humanoid-forms into any creature. This race typically serves as the Paranormal Masters.
Shenefire: "Sheen-fear-eh" Dragon Hunter Magic. When this spell is spoken aloud during a casting of Hunter's Fire, it places the blazing inferno in a stasis where it will neither consume, nor dissipate until the Banishment phrase is spoken.
Ta Doven Dos Paragas: "Tah Doh-ven Dohs Par-ah-gahs" Fae. The War of Species. A war of supernatural beings that took place in 2005. Instigated by Vampire Mortimer Challen and his Werewolf cohort, Davis Tezowski. The war was brought on when Challen and Tezowski kidnapped and tortured Moon Windchime, lycanvamp twin sister to Sun Windchime, lycanvamp; forcing Sun's hand into creating more of his species. Fought over the course of several months, the final battle was one after Sun Windchime and companions were able to capture, contain and execute Challen and Tezowski.
Telen Aragashen:" Tey-lehn Are-ah-gah-shin" The first and original Defender of God (see Aragashen). Predates humanity. Was the second dragon of creation. Keeper/Guardian of the Heartstone spark (see Sekrai Shemka). Only living immortal dragon. First lover and mate of the Dragon God, Nialis. Title of high regard.
Transanya Vaniel "Trans-anya Van-eel" Dragon Hunter's Rite of passage. Grueling training process for young Dragon Hunters typically beginning at age five and completed by age eighteen. Upon completion, a Hunter is gifted their Asrac and undergoes the final stage of training. Whereupon the trainee must slay his first Dragon, and enact the ancient words of power while drinking the blood of the slain to gain power and ultimate vitality.
Tunak: "Too-knock" A synod of 3-5 Ancient dragons (non-immortal), whom give advice to high-ranking member of a dragon clan or priestess (see Aragashen).
