Arden looked behind him to see a bald man about 6 foot tall standing at the doorway. He looked at him and turned his attention to the blacksmith outside of the room from the window.
He found out all of them bowing to the direction of the bald guy and he just stood there while crossing his arm and smirked. With confusion in his mind, Arden asked the guy who he was.
"Who are you?" The guy sighed before responding with a smug face and pull a badge out.
"I'm the 6th rank blacksmith from the main building and right now is visiting this place to see the founder of the blacksmith society. Can you go now? I don't want to waste my time dealing with a person" Arden looked at his badge and the colour he has is blue.
He, however, didn't know the badges on the blacksmith society because he just joined it a few days ago. But still, his mind told him crucial information, 'That badge couldn't be higher than your purple badge, but you can't take it out here'
Arden looked at the man and they both made eye contact for a few seconds before Arden turn his head to the side and sighed before saying, "That person isn't here, you may want to search him at other branches"
He said with a very soft voice, trying to make it as polite as possible but mocking him at the same time by not making eye contact. The person didn't leave the room and instead, he just responded to Arden's word with, "I'll wait for him to come back, now go! I can report the authority of your behaviour!"
At this point, the other blacksmith outside of the room could be seen nervously sweating about this situation. They became silent and does not dare to make a sound and only watch this.
The silence didn't last long, the familiar voice Arden heard from the crowds outside the room made him sigh in relief. Soon, came someone Arden have anticipated, his personal guard.
The bald man looked at Arden before turning his attention to the guards, examining him and bowing at him before saying, "What are you doing here if I may ask? One of the great guard of the founder of the society"
Everybody was shocked hearing the bald man stating the person as one of the guards of the founder itself. But he kept his composure and went past the old man before kneeling at Arden.
This made everyone more shocked than before, as some of them even pass out due to the surprise. Once again, the guard kept his composure and said, "Sir, would you like me to throw this man out?"
Arden just smiled at him before answering his question, "Well, I don't mind getting knowledge from a 6th ranked blacksmith, can you tell him to teach me"
The guard answered with a short "Yes sir!" before marching to that guy and said with an assertive voice, "You are needed to teach the friend of the founder, just think of this as a way of apologizing to him. Do you mind?"
The bald man stand there freezing and couldn't say anything for a few moments. He take a deep breath and gather his courage before saying, "I won't mind teaching the friend of the founder himself"
The guard smiled before exiting the room and went from the place entirely. The blacksmiths look at each other confused on what to do.
It was shortly broken by someone raising his hand with a clenched fist from the middle of the crowd and shouted, "LET'S START TEACHING THE LORD OUR KNOWLEDGE!!"
All of them looked at the person for a mere seconds before shouting, "Huurah! Huurah!"
Arden smiled while watching them shouting. That night, He learnt all the knowledge from the blacksmiths and didn't make a single mistake upon learning.
The next morning, all of the blacksmiths have disappeared from Arden's field of vision including that big man that taught him advanced techniques. He also got a big bookshelf filled with books of techniques from the blacksmiths.
Meanwhile, he was still energetic, the people on the building were not so much like him. There is almost no sound from his floor and only him in his own room.
All of the thing in Arden's mind was, 'I need to get enough money for the inn! I need to make something that could be sold at a high price!'
He decided to make a set of armour and sword and was heading to his tools but realized he didn't have any materials to make it. That was when someone knocked on his door and he rushed there to open it.
After he opened his door, he looks at the person with a big box in his hand and was struggling to keep it up. He quickly helps him by taking the box from the man's hand and realized how heavy it was.
He almost lost his balance and the big box was about to escape from his grip at that time. He thought to himself before dropping the crate, "Damn! This is so heavy, I wonder what is inside…'
As he drags his crate to the corner of his room, the mailman tried to help him and they both did an amazing work… on pushing a box. That's when Arden realized something was strange, 'I never ordered this though, where did this come from?'
Then, the person said to him and his words broke his mind, "Sir, there is about 10 more of these box, mind if I ask for your help?"
Arden looked at him as his jaw dropped, he quickly told the person to calm down, "Wait wait wait, first of all, where did this come from? Second of all, how could you bring that much boxed with relatively same weight alone?"
The person looked at him confused before saying, "Wait, you didn't order it? But this place is right, and it's already paid by someone, might as well you keep the item, I just got sent by my company to send the things here with a cart and so I did"
Arden closed his eyes before taking a deep breath and just said, "Let's do this then!"
Imagine carrying 10+ box full of metals inside it from the ground to the 6th floor with only 2 people. Arden didn't need to imagine as he did this with the person that came out of nowhere.
In the middle of it, he thought about something that could make his life easier, 'Why don't I tell the seniors to help me?'
He said this as he passes one of the rooms of the blacksmith that taught him the knowledge at night and say him sleeping. He immediately changed his mind, 'I don't want to bother their rest, let them sleep after the long night'
He kept doing what he was doing until it was finished and there is no more box left. The person left and Arden stood in front of the boxes covering the room wall in front of him.
He began breaking down the boxes and found many precious metals like iron, gold steels and even some diamonds. He began having many ideas in his mind about a cool looking armour set but could be used in battle.
However, his mind was interrupted by someone that is knocking at his door once again. Arden sighed before making his way there and open the door once again.
It was the purple-haired receptionist that knocked at his door. Once she saw him, she blushed a little before saying, "Sir, there is someone looking for you, mind if you could go and see who it was?"
He sighed before giving a short "Okay" and began making his way down the stair with the receptionist behind him closely. When he arrived at the first floor, he saw the person that wanted to meet him.
It was the king's guard himself, waiting for him to do his session with the king once again. Once again, he sighed upon seeing him and knew his energy was going to be wasted at the day.
The guard just smiled like a year old baby smiling seeing his mother and said, "Sorry for yesterday sir, the king decided to let you rest on that particular day. Now, we can proceed to do your normal session!"
Arden answered with unenthusiastic voice, "Yea, let's go"
As Arden was about to go, the guard rushed to him and asked to him, "Where are you going, sir? Well, that's not an important matter for me, I'll accompany you from now on"
Arden sighed once again before saying with the same tone he said to the king's guard, "Sure"
It was the usual thing he did with the king. Going to the keep, enter a carriage with the king, to the grassland outside the city with no one except guards watching them since the nobles have left.
Train the king until the king decided to stop or the sky's colour is already red or orange.
