Comments of chapter undefined of Lord of the Oasis

As much as I love this novel I still can't comprehend how the system works. Like how do these people receive the mission? How do they reach the location so fast? How do they manage to build at impossible speed? Where do they know how to go? They clearly have other relations but are suddenly loyal to Kant? How come the companions are always strolling just above the horizon when they appear?? All this would be fine in a game world but in the real world they make absolutely no sense
