Where is the the second chapter that was in raw??? The death and rebirth chapter isn't translated

I love this story but why was this first chapter cut off. Why didn't you also translate how she died after visiting the cemetery. Or was that censored somehow. I got so confused reading chapter 2 because suddenly she was back to the past with no explanation at all why that happened. I read the raws & finally understood the 1st chapter was cut off. 😦
