Ariel went threw a lot of testing over the next month till she got the green light to go back to work.

Marcus found a job working in a security company specializing in large social area security. They were impressed with his skills and the programs he had written. Also because he could see things a little differently it made him a great asset.

They both had daily calls from Lily. She hated her new nanny and having her grandfather and grandmother living with her.

Ariel started training with Molly and Ben again.

This time she wore her Mermaid costume. Molly still did the little tricks that Ariel learned before. Ben still did not get near her.

Mike and her were trying to get Molly to push Ariel up to the platform but Molly was just not strong enough.

They took a break and Ariel was just swimming and the next moment she was up in the air and grabbed the platform. Ben had caught her by surprise and pushed her up.

After that she could not do anything in the water with out Ben being next to her.

After a few days she had a whole show with both dolphins.

Opening day she was excited. She looked just like a Mermaid with her scale tattoo's covering her scares. The good thing about being off this longs was being able to get the tattoos. The park made special bracelets to give out. And she was set for her first show.

"Ladys, Gentlemen, and children of all ages. Harborview Aquarium park is proud to introduce Ariel the little Mermaid and her friends Molly and Ben."

Ariel swam around with the dolphins doing some basic tricks. Then Ben pushed her up to the platform.

"Welcome everyone. My name is Ariel and I grew up in the sea with my father King Triton. We were never allowed to visit your world growing up. My friends here today are Ben and Molly. They came with me and we would like to show you how we play under the sea."

Ariel spent the next half hour having the dolphins do trick with her. Then Ben pushed her back up to the platform.

"Thank you for sharing your day with us. When you leave I have a special gift for anyone who would love to be my friend. A special bracelet made by the Mermaid where I come from. Have a safe trip home and rememberto be kind to all living creatures."

She the dove and swam to the hiding place under the water to wait for the crowd to clear.

After a long day, all four shows were a hit.

"When Marcus came to me with this idea I have to admit I thought it was crazy. And when Ben refused to play with you I thought this day would never come. But Ariel you are a wonder. Tomorrow will be even better." Mike said helping her out of the water.

"Thanks. I love to swim and Ben is just a sweetheart now." She said.

She went in and showered and when she came out Marcus was waiting for her.

"The reviews are over the top. This will really put this park on the map for my brother. How do you feel." He said.

"Tired."

"Ariel are you alright you look a little pale."

Ariel said, "Please get me home to rest. It's been a long day."

As they made their way home a wave of dizziness hit and they headed to the ER instead.

They ran test and found she was just tired. "Please let her rest properly between shows and have her eat more protein."

They stopped and got dinner to take home.

"How was your day?" She asked as he sat out the food.

"Good, Janet Little gave me a new project. The funny thing is, it was my project when I worked for my brother. Nobody could get it done so he hired her company to complete it. I gave her all my notes and updates. The commission on this project is large."

"Does Harrison know you are the one on it?" she asked.

"No, We meet with them on friday. He is flying in then." Marcus said.

"Oh." They finished eating and curled up together on the couch to watch a movie.

The rest of the week went by fast. It was easier on her doing only two shows. She still needed a lot of work to build up her strength.

She was headed home by taxi one eveing. "Sir, your going the wrong way." she said. The driver said nothing as they drove to a warehouse distric.

When the car stop four big men came and dragged her out.

"Sit down and no talking." One guy said.

Ariel looked around and was unsure what to do. How could she get away from these men.

Then walked in a big man that was well dressed.

"Miss Ariel Thomas. Mermaid at Harborview Aquarium Park. Do you know why you are here?" he said

Ariel shook her head no but said nothing.

"Remember Virginia King?"

She shook her head yes.

"Do you know what happened to her?"

She shook her head yes.

"Why don't you tell me all about it." he said.

"She poisoned me with a drug called KDA, to escape jail her father sent her overseas for schooling. She hid all of her involvement but told Marcus what she had done. He said he would not turn over a recording of her admitting it if she left." Ariel said.

"No your boyfriend and his brother left her covered in KDA and left her to die. My father made up the story of her leaving so no one would know how she died. So I asked should you also die for my sisters death?" he asked.

"I did die. I was dead and was brought back. I fought for months to get better. Why should I have gone through all that. I was not a threat to your sister I have nothing in life so why must I die." Ariel was crying now.

"Lock her up the next guest should be here soon." Bob said.

Two men dragged Ariel to a large shark's cage and locked her in.
