The next day, outside the mansion in the forest clearing. An otherworldly woman was seen along with a girl around nine years old chasing a strange-looking butterfly.

"Alena, so let's forget about the incident and never talk about it again okay? I apologize if you feel wronged, which I understand. But we have more important things to do okay? Please forgive me!"

Alena looked at her mother, not knowing what to say. This continued for a few minutes before she replied with a bright smile on her face.

'Let's just get mom to stop feeling guilty first by telling her which weapon I want to train in.'

"It's okay mom, I forgive you. And as for which weapon I'm choosing to specialize in, I think I'll choose the Katana."

And with stars in her eyes, Aurora ran up to Alena and bear-hugged her.

"I knew my daughter would forgive me! Haha!"

"AACK!! Mom!! I, Can't, Breathe!!! Lemme goo mom!"

"Oh sorry, dear! I'm just too excited! But let's get serious now shall we?"

Alena started gasping for air the moment she was released.

"So are we starting with sword techniques first? What are we doing?"

"First I'm going have to tell you how to utilize your blessings. As Gods and Goddesses, we get blessings from other gods, or directly from the true god or goddess. We have actually never met the true goddess, but we can feel her presence."

Then Aurora went on to explaining the ranks of the gods and what her blessings are and who they were from.

"So you're saying I have a blessing that gives me luck, a blessing that grants me my own weapon and stats, and a blessing that grants me high fire affinity and stats as well? How do I summon the weapon? What if it's not a katana? How did father and you get the major gods to bless me?"

Receiving a torrent of questions from her curious little daughter gave Aurora a mild headache, but she still answered the questions nonetheless.

"As I and your father are the top two major gods, we used to give blessings to the other major gods and goddess's children blessings too. It's just that since we never had any children, they never had the need to give blessings to our children, but we actually only planning on having one child, which is you! You can think of it as them repaying a favor. As for your weapon mark, it actually can be any weapon you want. Weapons coming directly from blessings are capable of a type of shapeshifting, although it will limit the shapeshifting if the blessing is too weak. But you don't have to worry about that since you got your blessings from three major goddesses."

After taking a sip of crystal clear water that popped out of nowhere, Aurora continued.

"Those kinds of weapons are unique, each of them have different qualities and abilities. Some have fire affinity, others have water affinity, some have life steal abilities, some have healing abilities. It all depends on the Blessing(s) they received. And as for summoning the weapon, along with other things, that's what I am going to teach you. And we start in a few minutes after I finish eating my coffee pudding!"

Seeing her mother being childish sometimes brought a smile to Alena's face. She sat down on the picnic cloth and also took out a coffee pudding from a basket and also started eating coffee pudding. It seems that she has also inherited the trait of a coffee pudding addict from her mother.

It was a nice moment of peace, away from worries and anxiety.

After some time, Aurora licked her lips and got up. Alena got up along with her.

"Okay! Now that we finished eating our lunch, let's start by going through the basics of summoning your weapon first."
