This story has the potential to be a hit if turned into a movie. The main characters are relatable and loveable. Nixxxie, the author, possesses a rare talent where she develops a character that you can connect and empathize with, which can make you wonder how they're doing; thinking about them like they exist in real life (well, this is the case for me.) Subtle details, description of gestures and scenery evoked different emotions. I've cried, laughed, felt despair, anger, anxiety, frustration, excitement...pretty much all kinds of emotions. It's a rollercoaster ride that I don't mind riding on. Read the whole novel and her other books, you won't regret it. *I tried my best to review without disclosing any spoilers.
I love this book!! I fell in love with the main charaters, pretty much from the very beginning and they’ve just gotten better as the story goes along. This Story is so well written and I have laughed, cried, worried and celebrated right along with each of the characters. NixxxIE is THE BEST author….this is the thIrd novel of her’s that I’ve read and all are excellent!!
why is it like this?? I have had read many novels but the interaction between gael and angel makes me feel somthing very intense and a feeling so deep and devine. .. I can feel their love and their pain it felt so real as if I am witnessing a story of the ppl around me..soo real....I donno how to frame it to describe in words...but this novel and these characters gael and angela will always remain in my heart. .. thank u author for a unique, hot , lovely story.. sure am gonna re read this novel... ❤❤❤
Definite one of the best not-so-typical story you can find here in webnovel. Although both the FL & ML are still not in a relationship until past chapter 300+ (ughhh) but you can clearly see how both of them love each other so much, yet are still reluctant to move forward because of some circumstances. In which for me, that's so real, I love it. PS. Does anyone here imagine Gael as Ian Somerhalder like me? Especially those grey dreamy eyes.
First time writing a review to a book and I have to admit, the book is totally worth reading…and spending one or the other coin 😉 Read a few other books here, but this one really hooked me. I’ve never been that impatient for new chapters to be released. I like really like that you can feel the character’s emotions, as enough details are given for the reader and the plot is also excellently and interesting written…and it seems that I have a crush on the ML…a really great story…as said…first time writing a review ever for a book…must mean something 😁 so, thank you dear author for this story and hope for more chapter to come soon.
The author never fails to deliver a satisfactory reading experience, so I came in fully prepared to be fully engrossed and my expectations were fulfilled beyond a doubt. Loving everything about the MC and ML, Gael and Angela are such a mood. 🥰 Angela is such a sweetheart and Gael is well, Gael.😏 Though I’ve got to say that their relationship is a bit more of a slow burn as compared to the author’s previous two couples, but then again by this point in time those couples had already experienced some form of complexity that led to a separation for a period of time. This is an underlying worry that I have as of now because while I’m surely enjoying their budding romance, I’ve already mentally prepared myself for a separation in the future should it come to that. Disregarding that, I’m really loving the mafia dynamics of the ML as I’ve only read few novels that managed to really catch my interest in this regard and were eventually unfortunately dropped due to whatever circumstances the author(s) may have been dealing with and never resumed again. Back to the main point, this novel is surely a gem. Almost regret picking it up so soon as now I now have to patiently wait to get my daily fill of Angela and Gael. Almost want to curse myself for binge reading too quickly. 😔
This should be read by ALL!!!!!!!!!! Please vote and push this book for others to read!!!! Hooked on this story, fascinates me and its the reason why I stay up past my “bedtime reminder”... yes I have one to keep me on track but this story is all I want to do once I put my toddler to sleep... its my mommy mode or me time in affect!!!!
