Am so not pleased with this development. Just how many times will this happen where he breaks her heart and then has to win it and her trust back? Their “relationship” is emotional draining. Now it’s even found out that the family he’s at war with is her best friend’s family which I’m sure leaves her in a tougher spot. Doesn’t help that fact that he brought up the video now of all times, like what was that even supposed to achieve? He didn’t even really explain anything. Finding it increasingly difficult to root for them.

Plan is in motion it seems! Angela sometimes needs to take an f'n step back and be little mature. I mean after all you have gone through you should be a litttle more intelligent, tougher to at least take the time to stop and listen. Be fair - you completey hid the most important thing that has kept you sheltered and you still need someone strong to cope and deal with it yet, Gael' even though could have handled things differently; still trusts and loves you so much to share the good and the bad parts of him ie. he is a mafia prince and certainly divulged more than he should to you especially with his family and the war. Angela needs to calm down. I doubt she'd understand him right away had he told her about it sooner. It'd still be confusing for her. Also, about her past, well she wasn't ready to discuss it with him yet so he probably couldn't find a way to bring it up. Jeeez Anj!!! Calm down. He better deal with this mess ASAP

Angela is behaving insensible. None of this is Gael’s fault, he didn’t ask to be born in a complicated family or encounter Angela with a broken past. he’s doing everything possible to Keep her safe and happy too. Angela should understand and be reasonable for once. Yes, he hurt her before but now it’s not intentional, her safety is his priority that is why he’s not telling her their family affairs, so she won’t be afraid. So Angela should better calm down and trust Gael. And they better settle their differences/conflicts soon, it’s becoming boring to me. Wondering how her BFF will be involved since she is in the other family, or if she will be. Hopefully not. Don’t want Angela a target. She has been through so much heart break, how much more can one take? I hope it is cleared up quickly and they take on the Morellis and Evan adventures together. Love this book!
