This chapter was retarded. The author understands nothing about science. This is basically having them reinvent the wheel. You look at the pill recipe. Then you dissect the methods and ingredients. Then systematically alter them and check the result to find out how and why it works. That's how learn method from a recipe. Reverse engineering. You do this to a whole bunch of recipes and then you correlate the data in mass and you get methods.

This chapter was about someone who the MC described as a "genius" for burning books. Where did the MC learn about this guy? In the library he built. This story needs to add a "Dense MC " tag, at the minimum.
