27. Someone to accompany (1)

As Gea arrived, they enjoyed their meal calmly before continue their journey.

Dave opens his phone as he noticed an incoming message. Reading it, he looked back at Gea with questioning eyes but before he opens his mouth to speak his phone rings.

"Sure, I'll be able to pick you up... No, Gea has no problem with that, she has an extra room in her house... ok then see you tomorrow"

Dave's eyes look at Gea for the entire time he's talking in the phone while Gea put her straight face of as not bother at all with the conversation Dave has with the other person

"Thank God, I have read all messages you sent her before she's called, other ways I'll have no idea what she's talking about!" Dave talking to Gea

"Aren't you happy that she is coming tomorrow? either way, you won't say you'll pick her up " Gea put her smile mischievously

"You...I do not know what to say anymore" Dave inhaled deeply as he lost his words

"Thank you, would be appreciated!" Gea reply

David enjoy their ways of teasing each other, it remained him of how He and Deena like to tease each other as well

"Shall we?" Dave already exchange sit with David coz He intended to decrease his job as Gea driver soon enough

The rest of their trip run without many talking as each of them seems to have busy with their own thoughts

Gea was asleep, not long after. Parked in front of Gea's house Dave signalling David not to wake up her sister, He quickly gets into the back passenger seat and scoops Gea who still sleeping.

Gea was surprised enough to feel someone scoop her in his arms, soon after realizing it was Dave, she happily put her arm around his neck and put her head in his chest

Even though David already knew they were siblings, he still can't control his feelings of Jealousy, wishing that it would be nice if it was him instead of David's chest that Gea put her head to rest. Wishing it was him that carries Gea inside.

Put Gea in her bed, Dave runs back to take their belongings in David's Car.

"Thanks, bro... C u later... You better take a rest!

I notice that you do not sleep at all during our journey"

"It's Ok, I got a small battery recharge during our trip" David smile happily

Reading the meaning in David words, Dave can not hold his laughter and wave him goodbye while walking into the house

David did not bother to move his car as it closes already and he does not bring many things

The bickering of her Niece and nephew could be heard even before he knocks the door. Happy seeing his sister open the door he hugs her

"Hy... happy to see you again, do you know what mom's prepared during the Twins date with Gea and Dave for you?"

Deena curiously asking. She was observed from inside the house since David parked his car a few minutes ago, she's thinking it may be a good idea that their mom already arranged a blind date for him

"I guess mom must be right to have someone accompany you as she trying her best to accept the fact of Gea and Dave relationship" Deena keep rambling while accompanying him to his room

" what you mean someone to accompany me?" David throw himself on the bed

"It means you could have your date as well! how come you do not even look for me when you just arrived?" Andrea standing at the door and look with carrying at her son

"She's an entertainer from 'S' city as well..., so I thought you might have things in common. I got her contact from a friend of mine saying that she was looking for someone as well, perhaps you may know each other already... who knows" Andrea raise her shoulder n walking to get her phone when heard it rings

look confused at Deena, David can not hold his question "what date, what was mom thinking?!"

"Mom does not want you to be devastated seeing Dave and Gea during the date" Deena try to calm David down as she could sense his dislike trough his voice

"Could you let mom know I'm tired of driving and needs some rest. I'll talk with her later"

letting out a heavy breath David close his door. He knew its an avoidable situation that he will face, still... he needs time to think and calmed down as well

Feeling sorry for her brother knowing he dislikes this kind of arrangements, Deena let him go to have some rest.

Yet, she thought it would not such a bad idea after getting to see a jealousy face of his brother when saw Dave carry Gea in his arms before

'At least It could be a distraction from seeing the woman you love with another man, and who knows you may end up being together, mom even does not bother knowing this woman is an actress before introducing her to you, where he usually avoid that area of expertise.'

Deena minds seem to agree with her mom while alarming her self that David already falling for Gea coz she's thinking woman that he loves instead of the woman that he likes.

David tossing around the bed, he could understand her mom trying to make the date less miserable for him, he would really appreciate it if he hadn't known the real relationship between Dave and Gea, according to Dave and Gea conversation he knew that Dave will have another companion for the date tomorrow night and it will be a great opportunity to get closer with Gea, yet her mother good intentions come in the wrong time.

David can't feel relax at all, he needs to find a way to put his plans right on track again, however, he can not see anything that he could use as a solution for that

David keeps sighing all the way to the dinner table, he saw his niece, nephews are ready to eat but seem to wait for their grandma and parents. Though they may be still outside David took his chair facing with Jane just in the left of the head chair.

"I believe that is my chair that you sit!" David talk accusingly to Jane

"I've been seating here every time I am here, and it was quite often compared to you!" Jane another way to say that David visit her mom not so often

Even He knew Jane just mean to tease him, it's not completely wrong as he rarely visits his mom part because of his job and part because of the nagging that he should be married and built his own family.

David says nothing to it

"Sorry, uncle... I don't mean to..." saw David guilty face, Jane thought she may have overboard

"It's... Okay, I have just been a little bit sensitive since arrived" David pat Jane head and mess with her hair.

Jane happy knowing that his uncle was not really bothered with it.

"Are we waiting for your parents? , the food is quite a lot for us if we only waiting for your parents"

"Nope, we waiting for Grandma and someone else" Jane replies
