I bet Roland finds that the Archer Captain is actually just to stuck up to attend and told the others to just say he was sick or something. He gets replaced and the rest fall in line, unless they all get replaced first. They seem to be moving toward wanting to be replaced.
no one likes losing their power status but this will be a short lived entertainment until the rest of this arc is fleshed out wonder if they will challenge roland to trial by combat or roland just forces his authority outright and whip them into shape
