I guess the author was uninspired when he wrote this chapter. It's just information, most of which I skipped because it will have no impact on future chapters.
Wow what a retarded way to drag chapters out, the dude is there giving his personal experiences and has repeated that fact many times and this little girl is trying to find fault but making no sense while doing so, only to then go off on a rant about her favorite three kingdoms character.
