did she have this space when she was 15 too or because she was so young and panicked she couldn't think straight to save herself

what even is happening? i don't understand i mean who was she raped by that window man? but didn't she love that window man eventually? but now it seems that she loved the man who didn't go trough the window? Actualy how did that guy even get there? Someone please explain what happened i don't get this at all tbh (yes i am indeed very stupid)
