33 Chapter 33: Revelation

Hmmm.... I check myself in the mirror, as I comb my hair.... I seem to have lose some weight,and have faint dark circles around my eyes.... but it cant be help... I will dap it with more foundation, I thought...

Sigh!! from now on, I will need to focus in my future.... I always want to be an independent woman someday... No more side track... Fighting!!!

With what I thought as a strong determination, I set out for college... I will have tons to catch up on.... I might visit the library and start making notes... last minute preparations are very tiring, I reminded myself.....

During lunch break, I saw Esha sitting under a tree and reading while having her lunch...

" Hey, whats up? " I ask

" Oh, hey, Ash it is you!! " She was happy to see me.

" Yep, its me, in flesh!! Haha, " I replied.

" Come and sit, lucky you didn't attend last week, We have to prepare a summary of our view for this book. " She said, with boredom...

" Oh, really? It looks interesting though" I said.

" You can read and write for me then... " She said with a giggle.

At that moment....

" Hey, Michelle!!, Come and join us" Esha shouted...

my heart skip a beat on hearing her name...

I slowly turned my head behind to see Michelle coming towards us....

' Ok, you can do it. Focus on career' I reminded myself.

"Hello, girls! " Michelle chirp...

' Oh, how can you be so beautiful!! ...' I ask in my head.

" So how are you feeling?? " Michelle asked...

" Oh, I am feeling better. " I replied to her.

" Have you eaten properly? you seen to have lose weight... you even got dark circles under your eyes... " Michelle looked worried as she said.

At that time, I felt like a princess being pampered....atleast someone cares about me, I thought... tears started to weld up....

" We were worried, we thought if you wouldn't show up today, we would drop by your place... to check on you... " Esha added...

" Oh, ahem, I am much better now... " I said.

I was very relieved that I showed up... it would be mess if they would see me all messed up and in chaos....

" You got a very beautiful bracelet there" Esha comment.

The comment brought agony and my heart felt it got tighten...

I remember clearly the day she got the bracelet...

" Oh, thanks, I got it as a gift. " Michelle replied....

' Dont you dare ask the question.... not here, in my presence ' I was pleading in my mind to Esha... but she had to ask...

" Who gave it to you, someone I know. " Esha tease looking at me as well....

I was scared as well as curious as to know, how she would address the boy ... it felt like walking on the sharp edge of a blade....

" Haha, silly, I got it from my brother. " She laughed out loud.

Cough, cough cough !!!!!!

I choke on hearing that... 'What????? Brother!!!!' Seriously!!!!

I thought about myself, and burst out laughing so hard....that I think I might have farted....
