Equipment will be categorized like this:
Weapon Type - Self-explanatory
Armor Type - Self-explanatory
Living Type - is a creature living or not
Accessory Type - Self-explanatory
Body Modification type - Need to add or change a part from the body (be it blood, teeth or an arm, etc...)
Abnormal Type - doesn't fit inside the Weapon/armor/living/Body Modification/accessory types category

Gaea Foundation enable its user to turn into any living creature they wished, even animals such as cats with the ability to mimic the animals abilities such as flight.

EFFECT:
Orbs imbued/coated in an element which return to it's user after being thrown.
Storm Orb: Created a large whirlwind.
Explosion Orb: Caused a massive explosion.
Flame Orb: Incinerated the victim on contact.
Ice Orb: Freezes any opponent it touches.
Lightning Orb: Stuns opponent with an electric jolt.
Rot Orb: Whatever it hits erodes away.
DESCRIPTION:
It's a Teigu that takes the form of six floating orbs to throw at enemy, each orb as an 'element'.

It's has the appearance of a simple microphone.

EFFECT:
Give the user wing and flight ability for a limited amount of time, also enables the user to shoot feathers or launch one of the wings towards enemies.
DESCRIPTION:
Two disc floating behind the user when deactivated, the disc sprout wings when activated.

Provide a map of every world as well as information about everything (including languages) and events to come (mostly natural disasters)
DESCRIPTION:
It's a book with an open maw on the cover. The information wished by the user seems to appear and disappear by his will, this way the book will never lacks pages.

It's a flute which can be used as a blunt weapon due to it's incredible durability, it can also be separated in two to have two weapons instead of one but lose reach and the ability to hypnotise.
