Trouble Brews and an Adventure Begins (1)

(Escanor POV)

"Now that we have the material what do we do now?" I asked.

"Well, we choose what we craft with it. Since you have to be carrying the item with you for your powers to be restrained what exactly will you craft it into? Feeling the density of the metal although can be quite the trouble as it is quite strong to fully bend it or melt." She recommended.

"I will create glasses!" I declared earning me a confused look from her.

"Glasses? What's that? Is that some sort of mirror? why would you want to carry around a mirror?" She asked confused.

"No, no trust me on this one. This accessory will be revolutionary. Do you have a pen so I can write it down?" I announced.

"You mean Quill? Let check the back," she replied Pulling a large sheet of paper before giving me one and a quill with ink. Taking the quill and paper I started to draw a diagram of Escanors glasses from the anime.

"What exactly is the purpose of this accessory? I see no purpose carrying around such a thing?" She complained.

"This accessory is used to help people of bad sight. Although one of a kind now if you can reproduce this again without my ore but with iron you could score rich. Do not worry my sight is not terrible in fact my vision can pierce through the heavens." I replied.

"Ok, now that we have your questionable accessory out of the way just how are we going to bend it for you. We currently don't have enough heat or fire to melt it. Besides we need you to say the chant and inscribe it with your blood." She stated.

"If I were to heat the metal would you able to bend it into shape?" I asked.

"Of course but who would have flames hot enough to bend it," She stated sheepishly.

"Let us walk outside I will show you true power. This measly metal will bend to me for it landed on my world," I commanded walking outside. Looking outside it was around 9 am as although I felt powerful it wasn't truly all their. I needed to quickly get this over with before I accidentally burnt the metal instead of melting it. Pulling out Rhitta I startled Rowena who looked amazed and shocked at the size of the axe.

"Why did you pull out a two-handed axe its design looks flawed. Say why did you pull it out anyway?" She asked confused once more.

"To begin with you are incorrect this mighty weapon is a one-handed axe. Lastly, Only I Escanor can pierce my flesh none stand a chance in the face of my presence all those who have tried no longer exist on my world," I stated proudly.

"Now what is the chant?" I mused.

"The chant is 'For Blood and crimson light my power shall saw so bright. Deafening whistles of the night all shall face my might'." she replied confusing me at the chant.

"Why is the chant so mighty but the effects the opposite," I asked towards her.

"A prideful wizard who was scared of the dark tried crafting an item which would increase his powers but instead locked his powers when wearing the ring. Although he was made a laughing stock at the time. People of today thank him for his cowardice as it saved many wizards of today," She replied.

"Well I thank him too lets begins," I thanked. thus I started. within my hands were flames starting to swirl violently to form a mini sun. Although it powerful it wasn't at its strongest. Slashing myself with Rhitta a small wound opened with blood pouring onto the ore before I started the incantation.

"FOR BLOOD AND CRIMSON LIGHT MY POWER SHALL SAW SO BRIGHT. DEAFENING THE WHISTLE OF NIGHT ALL SHALL FACE MY MIGHT!" I chanted with conviction. Which made me kinda embarrassed inside as it kinda reminded me of the lanterns rites. Now finished I used my self made sun into the ore and held it there.

Rowena seeing the incantation chanted she used her powers to start and molded the ore into my glasses. Though something changed within the ore as the colour changed to a more darken gold. Now I just needed the frames and it was finally complete. Although turning to Rewora she collapsed onto the ground deflated. Her body exhausted. I picked the glasses up and immediately felt the effects. Turning to Reworna I picked her up princess style and made my way to her room where I put her down.

Inspecting her body she truly was a 10/10 though I didn't do anything to her I was a more of a consent type of guy when it came to doing the deed. So I decided to inspect my own to see the changes brought by the glasses. My body although wasn't as muscular as before and was similar to that of a semi-buff swimmer body. Actually it was more like Bans Physique. My aura had disappeared entirely.

The things that were kept the same though was my skins density. Though I could apparently fly now. My strength was enhanced to superhuman although not as strong as before. I could still access the void. now I could use my powers abilities effectively without overbearing to one side. It had enhanced all over. Though powers could not be enhanced over time like before. My height was now 5ft11 still taller than average.

Sitting down I waited for Rowena to wake up. Waiting though I heard the front door cling open to see another woman. She clad in yellow and was a bit chubby in physique. She looked extremely worried as she entered. Sweat dripping from her forehead.

"Who are you and what are doing in my home trespasser and what have done to Rowena!" She commanded alerted at the unconscious Rowena. Putting my hand up I assured her.

"My name is Escanor I came here today to form a deal with Rowena. The deal involving an experiment. Said experiment caused to her to exert herself a bit much. You can check her your self," I treasures. This caused her to contemplate before putting her wand away and storm to her friend.

"It seems you're right. Let me quickly heal her. Her body has healed but her mind is quite exhausted she will wake up soon. She told me about you this morning though I can see why she was interested in you." Helga teased me.

"Any way we need to quickly get out of here. Whatever experiment you two did to cause the people of this town to get suspicious off us are now holding a town meeting to decide our fate. While we could kill them we're are quite against killing innocent people just because they fear the unknown we need to leave now," Helga replied.

"I thought this village was a safe spot for wizard and witches?" I asked her.

"No this used to be a safe hub before people decided to go to Camelot the true haven of wizards and witches. This place is the furthest from Camelot as some church Fanatics set up a post here to purge whatever wizard they can while grabbing any slave they can. The only reason why we stayed here is that Rewona was born here and refuses to leave and because she hates merlin for some reason," She revealed.

"I got a plan head south and you will eventually see Camelot it is the largest kingdom known to man. Its kingdom is very diverse with many races living in peace though elves have been treated like slaves because of the war. Be careful of the forest near it though if you enter as well the infamous Bandit Robin Hood is told to be housed there with his gang. He told to be highly skilled," She warmed earning me a smirk. That bastard died like any other ant beneath my feet. Thinking of her plan I realized That bastard Merlin lead me away from Camelot.

"So what do you plan we do to get out of here while I can fly what of you," I asked as I held Rewona in a princess carry.

"Fly? I have the Nimbus 1000 to fly out of here," She proclaimed proudly.

"I don't know if I can fully trust you to carry her. Here eat this. If I find you doing anything to her I will kill you. It will slowly cause you to die slowly of internal posing. Don't worry though I'll be right behind you." She threatened. chucking me a blackberry. Eating It I made my way outside and flying through the sky looking back I saw her on a broom with nothing but a sachel with the house burnt down. Hmph, you think I would be threatened by that measly threat. I only choose when I die. Flying through the air though made me feel amazing.
