If you just want to give him something op. Get the mystic eyes of death perception, probably the most broken ability since gate of babylonia. You can literally can kill anything diseases, people, weapons, sacred gears, other powers and even time and space. There is also akifolga agrise, which goes well with draco since he is already a dragon. If you want something more balanced you can give amarantos that is b class, it gives him immunity to everything but attacks from gods or divinities, and there are plenty of those in dxd. It has more weaknesses but i dont remember them.

you should give him lancers Nobel phantasm which turns items into Nobel phantasms so that he can use regular arrows to shoot with his bow and also be able to always have a strong weapon
