Thetis

Breaking through the water he took a great big breath of fresh air, forming a platform to rest on. Looking around he spotted a beautiful sun-kissed skin-toned woman on the beach in a white toga staring at him, giving off a divine presence, something he only felt once before from Athena.

Intrigued, he walked across the water, his every foot making a platform, towards her. Eyes unintentionally traveling to her ample bosom.

Diverting his eyes back to her dark brown eyes and her long brown hair, he clears his throat awkwardly,- "Ahem, may I know your name?" He asked wondering if she was an Olympian or not.

She gives a soft smile,- "Hello Theoric, my name's Thetis and I've been waiting for you, I'm glad to see you managed to beat Talus with relative ease, things will only get harder from here."

Checking her out again, he asks,- "You know of me? Are you an Olympian?"

Thetis grins, circling him- "Oh yes I know of you, I'm considered a sea goddess by many, and yes I'm an Olympian... Hmmm, I can see you've been touched by Gaea as well, how interesting, she's even blessed you which is somewhat surprising, I don't think she's done that in a very long time, tell me Theoric, are you interested in making a deal with me?"

"Depends on the deal, you should know that I had help beating Talus so don't expect me to be able to help you against other Olympians," he said defensively, not willing to work that hard for someone he doesn't know.

"Don't worry it's nothing so difficult, I only need a small favor and in return, I'll give you a favor, come, let's not talk here, I have someplace safer where we can talk," she said walking away.

Theoric contacted Sigyn telling her what was going on and to update him should anything happen, and where Nina and Lydia could be found so they could all stay safe together.

Arriving at the sea cave entrance, he entered finding a nice setup, An otherwise dark damp cave turned into a dry comfortable home with plenty of cushions covering the area so one did not have to feel the hard rock walls.

Magical light lit up the area as they went deeper to a temple area where her very own marble statue rested, a depiction of her standing proudly among the waves.

Feeling safe underneath her statue, she turned to Theoric,- "This is a temporary temple set up to hide me from those who wished me harm, but there is only so much I can do, however, this will be sufficient enough for us to safely speak."

"How much do you know of the Gods or Olympians I should say."

Finding a seat Theoric looked at the statue,- "If the stories I hear and read are true then plenty if not then very little."

Thetis looking back placed her hand on the statue,- "This is what the gods are now, statues of their former selves, no longer Olympians of flesh and blood, but statues made of the power of faith and prayer. To say they can't live without it wouldn't necessarily be true, but to call them Olympians is no longer true either, they are in every sense of the word gods now, even if you don't wish to call them such... Faith is a powerful magic that makes them nigh unkillable, able to come back time and time again no matter how many times you put them down, this is what you'll be up against if you go against them."

Theoric stoic face revealed nothing as he asked,- "Why are you telling me this? I thought you said it wasn't anything so difficult as going against other Olympians?"

Thetis- "And it's not, but this is still information you require, think of this as a bonus, you see I have the gift of foresight or prophecy as you might know it as, I can at times see the future. Usually, it's vague, spotty, and difficult to decipher since it's ever-changing, but this time I saw it very clearly and it's something I very much wish to stop."

Watching her move closer, many questions popped up in his head,- "Your the sea witch that's been going around saying you could help the one with the map get through to the sea of monsters safely, is that what you plan to trade for the favor?" He asked amusedly.- "For one with foresight I hope you have something far more appealing if you wish me to do anything for you."

Thetis shook her head,- "No that to will be a bonus for your troubles, tell me Theoric is there really nothing I can offer you that would please you?" she asked seductively, showing her curves.

Theoric grinned- "Offering yourself I see, perhaps you do have future sight, so all this is to show me what your worth, but the question remains, why sell yourself to me? What do you want?"

"Yes, this is all a sample, after you fulfill the deal you can have all of me." She answered with conviction.

Standing up he passes her taking a closer look at the statue before turning back to look at her, wondering how much see's seen to determine this was a deal worth making,- "So do I get to taste this sample?" he asked with a hungry grin, waiting to see how far she would take it.

She drops her toga in answer- "But of course." she resolutely responded.

His eyes ate up everything, her entirety exposed before him, her luscious divine body ripe for the taking.

Holding back, he finally asked the question that mattered most again,- "What is it you want?"

Thetis stiffened as her eyes darted from him to the statue,- "As I've told you I have foresight, and this may sound strange after offering my everything to you, everything after the deal is completed," she stressed before continuing, seeing his impatience,- "In the future, I want you to save my son."

Silence descended as Theoric took time to process what she just said.

Soon the cave temple was filled with the sound of laughter as Theoric started to chuckled,- "You want me to save your son after you offered yourself to me?" He asked bursting out in laughter,- "My, my, aren't you ballsy, now I'm starting to question whether or not you actually have future vision, what a joke."

Blushing slightly in shame she defended herself,- "I assure you this is not a joke, I know this doesn't come off well, but this is my only option. You frankly are an anomaly that is changing many of the things I've foreseen, ever since that day Gaea blessed you, but before any of that, I who had to flee Zeus in order to not betray my friend Hera, left Olympus and hid amongst the mortals, but that didn't stop him from growing angry and cursing me to one day sleep with a mortal man and bear a son who would be fated to die despite my best efforts in preventing it, this is what I need you to stop, I need you to save him."

Hearing she was cursed his irritation alleviated some as anger took over, clenching his fists, he spat the name,- "Zeus! Again it's Zeus, he needs to be stopped."

Not that he even really cared about her considering they just met, but he hated how he kept running into Zeus's corruption wherever he went, increasing his desire to kill him.

Thetis walked over shaking her head,- "You are not yet powerful enough which is why I asked you for this small favor instead, please, I can't watch my son die, if it's any consolation as of right now I'm still very much a virgin.," she said approaching closer, rubbing his arm.

He smirked, very much intending on taking her, at the very least a goddess would make for a great one-night stand.
