Escape from Darkness

Inside of the darkness, a single light starts to shine, Blackbeard who is about to stab Xin from behind suddenly stops.

He looked in front and asked," How did you see me?"

"It's not hard to see you, I just open my eyes and I already see you," Xin then throws Blackbeard away and then kicks a huge rock towards him.

"Black Hole"

Blackbeard spreads his darkness, much like an actual black hole, swallows up the huge rock flying towards him.

He then hit the wall of the plaza and was about to stand up when he saw a huge part of a building coming towards him again.

"Black Hole"

"Blinding Light"

A beam of light hits Blackbeard's eyes making his sight temporarily blind, he then feels a huge force crushing his body.

"Black Hole"

"Liberation"

After swallowing all the things hitting him, he then releases it forward, he dont care who hit, he doesn't care if it's a friendly fire, he wants right now to avenge the pain that he is experiencing right now.

The Yami Yami no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create and control darkness at will, making the user a Darkness Human.

The first and foremost strength, as demonstrated by Blackbeard, is that it allows the user to control darkness and its unique property of gravity. The darkness is visually demonstrated by a black smoke-like substance spreading out from the user's body. The darkness is a void that devours and crushes everything.

Due to this, the user can absorb physical matter and attacks of any type by sucking it into the darkness. The user can also use this ability to irresistibly pull the opponent to them, regardless of their current state.

The major strength of this particular fruit, the darkness which the user turns into which swallows up everything, is also its major weakness.

Since the darkness also absorbs attacks, the user of the fruit is still vulnerable to attacks, which do not pass through the darkness they turn into. If they fail to absorb an attack in time, the user can be hurt like any other normal human being or even more.

Meaning, Teach feels more pain than a normal human can feel, it seems that his double sense makes him sensitive to anything.

Meanwhile, Xin is having a hard time cleaning his mess, he did not expect that the cobbles he threw would actually come back.

After helping those who are about to be hit by rocks and debris, Xin then turns around and sees Blackbeard is already holding his arms.

He then delivers a punch, with his vicious look he punches Xin's face trying to deliver a killing blow to him.

As Blackbeard relentlessly punches Xin, he suddenly notices the bone of his fist seems broken, making him cry in pain.

"Damn! What kind of body do you have!! Do you eat devil fruit like Jozu!"

"Wait! That's not right, my ability can render our ability so why can you still use your ability?!"

"Idiot, I never said I would eat Devil fruit, what I have comes from my natural ability."

"No! I never accept that! Even Roger dont have that kind of body!"

"Dark Star"

Blackbeard creates a big ball of darkness and throws it to Xin.

The black ball seems to be like a small black hole but not sucking everything but crashing that thing that touches it.

Xin gently catches it then carefully looks at the ball of darkness, except for tyrannical ability to crush anything, it seems the ball of darkness also nullifies some ability.

"Is this all you got?" Xin calmly said while looking at him.

"Damn!" Blackbeard angry looks at him, his eyes are full of killing intent, he doesn't know when and how this anomaly appears that caused his plan to mess up.

"Then let's see if you can catch this one."

Blackbeard put his palm together and starts gathering darkness, he slowly pulls it horizontally creating a vertical object made from the darkness, with some twist and turn, Xin notices that electricity starts to gather around it.

"Spear of Darkness!"

Blackbeard throws it not to Xin but towards the Marine HQ, he then runs away after doing that, instead of chasing him, Xin hurriedly grabs the spear of darkness and pulls it upward.

Based on the energy coming from it, and the danger level of the attack, it seems Blackbeard wants to sink the whole HQ with him.

Xin, who is pulled by the force of the spear , flies up in the air and disappears above the void, a couple of seconds later.

Boom!

Darkness suddenly cover the whole sky, it like a night but without a start and moon, the whole world seems to turn blind

Everyone can't help but stop, they can't see anything from the darkness, except for a couple of people who try to escape using the darkness as their cover.

After a couple of minutes, the darkness covering them finally starts to disappear and the sun starts to shine again.

When Xin's team look around, they discover that their opponent seems to escape while they are blind, they even escape without noticing them at all.

Xin, who is above the cloud, tries to detect them but to his surprise, he can't detect any of Blackbeard's crew.
