06 The Plan I
(Before I start, let me just say that I'm a novice writer and my grammar is a bit whack. So forgive me for that, if you find any mistakes please let me know. As I'm pretty sure, there's a lot of it đ, and I'm writing just for fun by the way, but please let me know what you have in mind. Any pointers and suggestions will help. Well enjoy.)
Arc sat on his bed, thinking of what he needed to do next, he picks up a pen and paper and writes a to-do list.
# 1 an excuse for the money he would produce right now and in the future. In other words, a source of income.
# 2 a permanent place to set up his factories. The basement is not ideal for the long run.
# 3 furthermore an excuse to quit my jobs.
Hmm, he keeps thinking about how to create an excuse for the money he gets in the currency factory machine...
"The best I can think of is stocks. Online stocks I can always say the stocks I invested in just paying out. So I need to create an online account,"
He opened his phone and was about to check the stock exchange when he suddenly thought of something.
"Right, I just completed a mission," said Arc in his mind.
Earlier, when he built the factory, he received a notification but ignored it because he was too happy and excited, now that he has calmed down. He opens the System and looks at the mission page and sees a complete mission notification, and he clicks on it with his mind. Another window appeared.
Mission Completed: Build your first factory.
Rewards: 50en and one lottery box.
He checked his energy reserve and found it at 95en. He checked the storage page and saw the box icon that said random standard lottery box...
He read the description.

"THAT'S CORRECT; A COMMON LOTTERY BOX CAN GIVE YOU A RANK 2 TO 2-STAR ITEM, A RARE LOTTERY BOX CAN GIVE YOU 1 STAR TO 10-STAR ITEMS."
"Wow! So where can I get the rare lottery box?" Arc asked.
"RARE LOTTERY BOXES CAN BE OBTAINED FROM REWARDS ON SYSTEM MISSIONS."
"I see, well I guess there is no use thinking about it"
He looks back at the common lottery box icon and clicks on the lottery box while chanting, "give me luck, over and over again."

He reads all its descriptions, and the more he learns, the bigger his smile got.
"This is amazing, I'll be using it for now, after I get something better I'll pass it to my sisters," said Arc.
2-Star attribute serum, he read the description...
"Wow, nice, so it can randomly enhance all of my attributes. It doesn't say how much it can increase, but since it's a 2-star serum, it's bound to be good."
Storage ring, holy shit! Is this real? A 2-star rank storage ring. He clicks on it, and a jet-black plain ring appears in front of him. He checks the description,

Note: Inside is a void zone, where time doesn't work, it is perfect for storing perishable goods. Can auto-arrange items at the owner's will.
Special features:
Automatically absorbs energy and converts it to an energy unit, a 5en unit is produced every 10days as long as the energy shield has a 100% charge.
He keeps reading the description of the storage ring, and he was so impressed by it.
"I hit the jackpot on this one, this thing only exists in games or novels" He can't believe this kind of thing is real and in his hands.
He read the 1-star rank energy shield and stopped after reading the first few lines in its description.
"With this ring, the energy shield becomes useless, maybe not that useless. I can still use it as a backup."

"I guessed as much. What about the type 1 currency factory?" Said Arc.
"TYPE 1 CURRENCY FACTORY CAN STILL FUNCTION INSIDE THE STORAGE RING AS IT HAS ITS OWN ENERGY SUPPLY..."
"Really? Nice, hahaha, so how can I use this ring?"
"JUST PUT IT ON."
"Eh, that easy? I don't need to drop my blood or something?"
"NO..." a synthetic voice rings in his head.
For some reason, it sounded like Nine was angry at him...
"Just my imagination, just my imagination, he repeats in his mind..."
He put the ring on his right-hand middle finger. And instantly, a notification rings in his head.
A new user was found. Proceeding to activation.
Activate?
"Activate!" arc said in his mind. And a series of prompts appears in his mind.
Scanning the new owner...

One minute later, a burst of information appears in his mind. It surprises him, and he almost jumps in fright.
"Ohh, nice.. nice... nice." he keeps saying.
He touched his pen suddenly, the pen disappeared, and inside the storage ring, his pen appeared, and with the command of his mind, the pen appeared again in his hand...
"So cool," Arc said while grinning like a child.
