Okay, I'm not Jake, hell if I was in his shoes, I would have been stealing oracle systems before killing people who crossed me ever since finding out. But here is what I would do. You can't save them, but what you can do is either try to kill them yourself and mame a run for it, or see where the blood goes and try to steal the oracle harvest, get into the temple itself and sabotage the receptive device, then get the hell out before they realise youre there and what you've done and the army comes back inside. If I were one of the people captured. I would have tried to kill all the others if possible for a better score and myself to avoid a grizzly ending. Likewise, I would discuss with my oracle to see if it could be relocated into my brain instead of a band on my limb, maybe manifesting as a headband or happuri instead... These prisoners only go througu what they go through because despite having been killed thousands of times to reach the island in the first part, they lack the resolve to take themselves out of the equasion when it is the better option. The fact these beings can interact with your actual aetheric code is bad news already, and will have concequences regardless of the system guaranteeing your life. It is quite obvious that its better to die early at the hands of a player than these guys who likely will hurt your final score with massive penalties... So really, unless some heavens defying super hero comes along and saves your ass, getting captured means the end of it regardless, so its better to get as many poits as you still can, then off yourself, force them to off you or go for mutual destruction with another player to avoid anyone getting their filthy paws on your respective points. For someone like jake and sarah, that get stronger or weaker with victory and defeat a victory of some kind in death is essential. The victory denying a superrior opponent the satisfaction of Exp, resources and loot even in your death. Jake already said he can't do shit for them, so all thats left is guerrilla warfare, sabotage and hit and run tactics to make them bleed and victory too highly bought. I think denying them the resource they're harvesting, the oracles, and the destruction lf the place they flow towards is the best option right now, with the highest risk and reward factor to it. The only other option is to lay on the roof like a whimp untill their done and back in the then impenetrable temple again.
