I just wanna say that at this point in the story I find it odd that no one is interested in wwhats going on in Baymard considering how much land it includes. A city lord that was under watch by multiple nobles and yet not one knows where he went and hasnt sent the news back? that's just weird especially considering how rapidfire the news of Penolope being Queen is not of the same scale but your not telling me that no one is curious about it no matter what they use it for. It's almost as if there's a invisible wall surrounding the land
I actually really agree with his statements. Although at first it sounded a bit like he had it out for women as his monologue continued I realized that it wasn’t that he had it out for them. He truly was correct in saying they were just asking for things they didn’t deserve. The wanted the rewards without paying any of the price.
This is the realistic reaction: “But since those rulers governed their empires with fear, the women in these areas didn't even dare to voice out their complaints.” Medieval society was brutal and women were not educated and trained like men. They were brought up differently and so its ridicolous to have had such chaos. Most women had no power to change things.
