Chapter 9 - Evangeline Attack Final

Evangeline who suddenly appeared like a ghost, make Negi and Asuna feel really shocked. They are confused, who are the blonde haired aunts who wearing inappropriate clothes in front of them.

"Asuna-san do you know who she is?" Negi asked.

"I also want to ask you Negi, who is she?" Asuna answered.

Feeling annoyed cause the two of them being ignored, Evangeline shouted to them and changed her appearance back to her original form.

"It's me you stupid kids!Why you didn't recognize in my adult form! "

"Eeeeeeeh!" Asuna and Negi were shocked when they saw the blond aunts turned into Evangeline they know.

"You didn't recognize me in my true form, you damn brats!" Said Evangeline. " Chachamaru!attack them! "

"Yes, Master!" Said Chachamaru who appeared behind Evangeline in a maid outfit.

Chachamaru jumped towards Asuna and Negi, and suddenly she already in front of Asuna and Negi.

Negi was about to cast a spell to defend himself but his neck was strangled by Chachamaru then Negi was thrown to one of the Sakura trees that grow in place. Meanwhile Asuna who was about to help Negi was hit right in the stomach and then slammed down by Chachamaru.

Negi hardly suffered any injuries due to the magic barrier that he always put around his body, but he still feel a pain in his neck and back. Negi looked at Asuna who was kneeling on the ground, clutching her stomach which was in pain from the fist of Chachamaru. While Chachamaru did not move and only saw Asuna in pain.

Evangeline, who was on the cherry tree, now stands right under the cherry tree where she appeared, folding her arms across her chest.

"I don't like killing people even though I am an evil witch, so I order Chachamaru to not attack Kagurazaka Asuna when she knelling on the ground. There was something inside that girl's body that would make all my magic useless. So Chachamaru is the one who faced her and not me."

The facts that Asuna immuned to all magic make Negi confused, Negi wanted to know why Asuna have that kind of power. But Negi understood now is not the right to find out about that because Evangeline has chant a spell.

A large number of ice-shaped magic arrows appeared in the air and flew towards Negi. Asuna who saw the ice arrow flying towards Negi could only shout. "Negi dodged!" Asuna was still unable to move because her stomach was still in pain.

Because Negi hide behind the cherry trees right on time, Negi survived Evangeline attack but, he still sustained injuries on both of his arms due to being hit by an ice arrow that flew towards him before Negi could hide.

"You really smart, boy hiding behind a tree to avoid my ice arrows. But from the drops of blood on the grass, I know you're hurt. You better get out quickly, because I want to hurt you more and more!" Evangeline said with a cold smile.

"Aniki, we have to run away and help Asuna-nee!" Camo said suddenly out of the Negi shirt pocket.

"How I can do that? I'm in a real pain right now Camo!" Negi said, with a little grimace withstand the pain he fell in both of his hands.

"Leave the matter of the escape to me! I have a way!" Camo said. "I only want Aniki to appear in front of Evangeline and Chachamaru, and I will take care the rest!"

Negi then walk out from behind a tree and he shows himself before Evangeline.

"Finally you showed yourself, boy! Are you ready to have more wound and feel hurt?" Evangeline is feel really happy because she knows, the more Negi gets hurt, the more likely Shirou will appear to help Negi.

Evangeline doesn't care about Negi, because even though Negi is the son of Thousand Masters, Negi is still weak and inexperienced so Evangeline is lazy if she has to fight Negi. Shirou is really different from Negi, Shirou is only 15 years old teenager. But Shirou was strong and very experienced, Evangeline can see the image of Thousand Master in Shirou when she fighting Shirou before.

Negi doesn't know what Camo's plans are but in his mind if Camo doesn't act quickly then things will get worse.

"Chachamaru!leave Kagurazaka Asuna right now! and tie this boy up! We will use this boy to lure Shirou Emiya out!"

just when Chachamaru walked toward Evangeline to tie Negi. Camo came out from Negi pocket and his card-shaped self gave off a very bright and dazzling light.

Evangeline and Chachamaru really had no idea of Camo's presence, they completely let their guard down and did not have the chance to close their eyes, when Camo let out a bright light that made both of their eyes unable to see.

"Master Asuna-san also disappeared." Chachamaru said.

In the depths of the forest near Evangeline log house. Negi and Asuna were resting under one of the tree, after running away from Evangeline.

"Negi, are you all right?"Asked Asuna who really felt bad when she saw the scratches on Negi's arms.

"I'm okay Asuna-san, I just have a scratch, and fortunately, the bleeding is not deep." Negi said, using his magic to heal the scratch on his arm.

"Forgive me.I couldn't help you at all. Chachamaru was really strong and her punch was really hard, she hit so hard to my stomach making me couldn't stand up, even now my stomach still feel hurts. "Asuna said while showing her stomach that was bruised because of Chachamaru's punch.

"So what's our next plan?" Negi said, "I'm sure it won't be long before Chachamaru and Evangeline find us."

"Aniki, how about aniki doing pactio with Asuna-nee!" Camo said."If Asuna-nee got a supply of magical energy from aniki I think she might be able to fight Chachamaru! "

"Doing pactio with Asuna-san,I don't think that's a good idea, Camo." Negi said.

"Pactio you say? You pervert ferret! Camo actually prefers pactio that uses kisses but because Asuna doesn't want to do that. He can do anything about that. "Master they are in that direction." Chachamaru said.

"That light come from a magic ritual apparently, most likely they both did a pactio." Evangeline said.

"Let's go, Chachamaru." Evangeline said, flying towards Negi and Asuna.

"Yes, Master." followed by Chachamaru who was flying with a rocket on his back.

"So you two are hiding here while doing pactio in preparation for my fight, very good! it make me want to beat both of you more!" Evangeline said.

Negi and Asuna are no longer surprised by the appearance of Evangeline because this time they have prepared themselves.

Negi took out the little wand he had used to heal himself and then cast a spell.

Asuna felt a great force flowing throughout her body. And Asuna knew this time at least she could withstand a punch from Chachamaru.

Meanwhile Negi and Evangeline are exchanging magic arrows with each other, Evangeline uses ice arrows which are her specialty.

But Negi responded by using the lightning version of the magic arrow.

Evangeline responded again using the dark version of the magic arrow.

"Sagitta Magica series Obsucuri!"

Negi fight using the light version of the magic arrow.

"Sagitta Magica series Lucis!"

Both are balanced in magic arrow duel until finally Evangeline starts using magic with greater destructive power.

"Nivis Tempestas Obsucurant!"

A thunderstorm of darkness attacked Negi, but Negi resisted Evangeline magic by using magic that was almost similar.

"Jovis Tempestas Fulguriens!"

Ordinary thunderstorms against the dark thunderstorms both are almost balanced only because Negi is still lacking experience, then Negi is increasingly pressed and Evangeline's thunderstorms of darkness suppress Negi thunderstorms and eliminate Negi's thunderstorms completely.

"Shirou Emiya!finally you appeared! This time will be different from the last time we fought!" Evangeline shouted.

"Shirou-Nii." said Negi, who was truly relieved to see his brother.

"Take a rest Negi, Let me the one who fight Evangeline." said Shirou.

"Okay Shirou-nii." Negi said fell asleep in Shirou arm because too much using magical energy.

"Chachamaru!Come here!Shirou Emiya cannot be fought alone! "

Evangeline shouted at Chachamaru.

"Yes, Master!" Chachamaru immediately flew towards Evangeline and stood beside her.

"Asuna-san please protect my little brother,because my fight with Evangeline will be a bit dangerous."

Asuna nodded and then ran towards Negi.

"Well, Evangeline, how about we start the second round of our fight which was disturbed at that time!" Shirou said. "Trace On!"

Shirou starts a spell to bring out the full power of Kanshou and Bakuya.

Shirou raised Kanshou and Bakuya in both hands and then threw it towards Evangeline and Chachamaru, Evangeline easily brushed aside Kanshou by forming a kind of ice spear in her right hand. While Chachamaru tilted her body to avoid Bakuya who would cut her body.

"Our sword split water."

Shirou making more Kanshou and Bakuya in his and then Shirou slashed at Evangeline with a full force using Kanshou and Bakuya. Evangeline held Shirou's slash using the ice spear in her right hand but because Shirou's physical strength surpassed Evangeline, Evangeline must try really hard to block the attack.

Chachamaru who wanted to help Evangeline did not think that Kanshou and Bakuya who had been pushed over by her and Evangeline suddenly flew back from behind.

Bakuya was stabbed right at Chachamaru's back while Kanshou didn't get hit to Evangeline because Chachamaru still had time to capture Kanshou using her hands.

Evangeline should not have been able to avoid Kanshou from flying towards her because she was still resisting Shirou's attack, but because Chachamaru still had time to capture Kanshou, Evangeline had survived the attack. Its just that Bakuya was hit right to the important part of Chachamaru's circuit and made Chachamaru damaged.

"Damn brat! Because of you, Chachamaru is broken! I beat you up!"

Evangeline tried to stab Shirou using the ice spear in her right hand. But Shirou dodged easily then threw Kanshou and Bakuya again, while bringing a new twin sword in his hand.

"Our name reach the imperial villa."

"Trace Overedge!"

Shirou flooding his sword with magic energy made Kanshou and Bakuya become longer, heavier and changed its shape to look like a pair of wings.

Evangeline becomes more careful when seeing Kanshou and Bakuya change shape and Evangeline is getting ready to cast a spell for the next attack.

"The two of us can't hold the heaven together."

"Crane wings three realms!"

But Shirou was faster than Evangeline, while slashing Evangeline's body using the strengthened Kanshou and Bakuya, the Kanshou and Bakuya that he had thrown earlier also stabbed Evangeline from behind. Making Evangeline hit by attacks from the front and the back.

Shirou asked Asuna for help to wrap Evangeline's wound with a bandage while Shirou bandaged Negi's two injured arms. While Chachamaru was brought by Satomi Hakase who was contacted by Asuna, because Chachamaru was made by Satomi Hakase. Negi fell asleep on the couch at Evangeline's house, as well as Asuna who was tired and she was also sleeping on the same couch.

Evangeline opened her eyes and felt pain all over her body then looked at Shirou who was staring at her.

"Are you awake Evangeline?" Shirou asked, sitting next to the Evangeline bed.

"You helped me, even though I tried to kill your little brother." Evangeline said.

"Your attack is not that strong to kill Negi, after all I know you did that to lure me out, Evangeline. You are not a bad person I know that. You only want to test how strong I really are as a son of the man you in love." Shirou said.

"Hmm, you really are the son of Nagi. Your good attitude are really the same as him. "Evangeline said with a laugh.

"You know Evangeline maybe I can break your curse."Shirou said.

"What!Many highclass magician triy to break it but nothing worked, even Nagi himself has try it and he failed to, breaking the curse he cast himself to me! even though you are the son of Nagi I didn't have faith you can break my curse! "shouted Evangeline. " After all, why do you want to release my curse? "

"It's the duty of a child, to take care of the problems created by their parents, and in my case is the curse of Infernus Scholasticus which cannot be broken because of the wrong use of magical energy," Shirou said. "Trace On!"

Shirou made a strange knife shaped like a bolt of lightning.

"What kind of knife is that! I can feel something dangerous from that knife!"

Said Evangeline.

"The name of this knife is Rule Breaker, the noble phantasm used by Medea's the daughter of Cholchis who was dubbed as rhe witch of betrayal," Shirou said "And the power of this knife is to destroy all kinds of magic and curses!"

"Where did you get the knife from the legend of Jason and Argonauts?" Asked Evangeline who was truly shocked by the existence of a rule breaker in Shirou's hands.

"I'll tell you later, now do you want to break your curse or not !?" Shirou said.

"Of course!I want!How long do you think I waited to be released from this annoying curse!" Evangeline said.

"Then get ready!" Shirou pierced Evangeline's body using Rule Breaker, and Evangeline's body shone brightly and a moment later there was black smoke coming out of Evangeline's body.

Evangeline can feel that Nagi Springfield's curse has disappeared and Evangeline can feel her strength has begun to return to its heyday. But now she can feel a new bond between herself and Shirou.

Same with Shirou, he could feel a spiritual bond between himself and Evangeline.

"Shirou Emiya, I can feel Nagi curse is gone but now why do I feel an inner bond between myself and you." Evangeline said.

And that night Shirou spending all night to avoid the attack of the magic arrows from Evangeline. What Shirou was afraid right now was how Rin would react if she knew, Evangeline was spiritually bound to him. Shirou Emiya can only pray Rin will not give him a severe punishment.
