1 Chapter 12: Deal & ArkCube

"Alright it is a deal then, I will definitely bring your wife and daughter back so that you can see them, but I have a question that I've been wanting to ask you,"

"What it is?"

"You said your time is almost up, if yes, how much time do you have left?"

"Err, not long, maybe another 2 to 3 thousand years left before I die,"

Although 2 to 3 thousand years may seem like a very long time for us human in the Mortal World, however, for the people of the God World is considered an extremely short time.

"Hmm, I really don't get it, you said you are a Human God, then shouldn't you be immortal and able to live forever?"

"You're right, I should be able to live forever since I'm a God, but I can't now because of this Cursed Mark on my body," said the Black-Purple shadow as he takes off his upper clothes and shows it to Prime.

The cursed mark has a demonic symbol image, and it seems to be slowly spreading all over the Black-Purple shadow's body.

"I see, can't you remove the cursed mark from your body?"

"I tried, but it doesn't work and the more I resist, the more it spread all over my body,"

"Hmm, that's really bad, is there really no way to remove it and how did you get that cursed mark on you at the first place?" asked Prime curiously.

"Well, I got this cursed mark from the Demon God Prince, and it was during the time when I was trying to escape from the God World to the Mortal World, and no one else besides the Demon God Prince can remove this cursed mark,"

"I see,"

"Well, actually if I can meet with the Elf Goddess, then maybe she can purify it, but unfortunately, she lives in the God World and with my power right now, I'm just too weak to go the God World alone to meet her, so I can only wait and die here slowly. Also, this curse has been with me for the last one billion years, but what made me able to survive this long is because of my Human God power as well as my will to never give up until I see my wife and daughter again,"

'What a loving father... just to see his daughter and his wife again, he refuses to die even after one billion years. Damn, that's a really long time, I wonder how he was able to wait that long patiently.....'  Prime thought to himself.

Prime was impressed by the Black-Purple shadow's love for his family, and he also felt pity for him.

"Alright, you know what, I changed my mind,"

"What is it?"

"You said you could live for another 2 to 3 thousand, right?"

"That's right, what about it?"

"If that's the case, easy then, you just need to give me 100 years, and I promise I will bring your wife and daughter back to you, plus you also said only the Elf Goddess or the Demon God Prince could remove the curse right? Very well, if that's the case, then I will find the Elf Goddess and bring her here as well, and if I can't find her, then I will make sure the Demon God Prince becomes my dog instead," said Prime confidently.

"What?! 100 years?!"

"That's right, the only thing you have to give me after I bring your wife and daughter back, is your Dragon God Flame Sword, and as for removing your curse, it will be free of charge, so consider yourself lucky because I'm helping you for free out of goodwill,"

The Black-Purple shadow was not sure whether to laugh or shocked about what Prime had just said, because he knows how hard it is to reach the top in the World of God. Heck, even reaching the peak in the Mortal World is already hard enough, let alone doing it in the God World.

However, seeing how serious and confident Prime is, so he decided to put all his hope and trust into Prime since he doesn't have much choice at the moment except for depending on Prime.

"Very well, if what you said is true, then I will never forget, and will eternally be grateful to you thank you," said the Black-Purple shadow as he gets on both of his knees and kowtows at Prime.

Seeing that, Prime felt a little guilty, and he didn't like that, so he quickly rushes toward the Black-Purple shadow and grabbed both of the Black-Purple shadow's hand lifted him up.

"Stand up, a man like you deserve to be happy because you put your family first over your very own life. Unlike me, I was selfish and always put myself first over others, so the one that should suffer the most is me, not you. However, thank you for sharing your story with me because you have truly opened my heart, and allowed me to learn that life is precious and we shouldn't take for granted for what we have, so just give me time and I will make sure everything will be okay," said Prime.

Upon hearing that, the Black-Purple shadow cried for the first time in one billion years because he was seeking for help for the last one billion years, but he never got it until now. Also, living alone in this isolated asteroid has made him felt incredibly lonely and sad, but because he loves his family so much, so he didn't die and continue living for so long even though it was very painful for him.

"Don't cry, everything will be fine, just trust me hehe," Prime smiled while doing a thumb up with his right hand.

'You damn old man, stop crying already, or else I am going to f**king cry too! Dammit!' Prime thought to himself.

However, he didn't cry because he wanted to show his manly side to this old man in front of him. After a while, the Black-Purple shadow stopped crying and said:

"Alright, let us go,"

With that said, he then pointed at the illusion world and not long after that, the entire illusion world collapsed, and before Prime realized, everything became pitch black or nothingness. After that, the Black-Purple shadow then summons a fire portal and said:

"Alright, it's time to go back, follow me,"

With that said, they both entered the fire portal and not long after that, they appeared at the place where they were from earlier, which is the cave place.

'Damn! This old man's illusion power is amazing, and I can already imagine how powerful he is if it is not because of the cursed mark on his body making him weaker,' Prime thought to himself.

"For now, take this," said the Black-Purple shadow as he threw a small cube to Prime.

Prime then caught the cube and said:

"Huh? What's this cube for?"

The size of the cube was similar to the Rubik's cube we see on Earth, where there is multi-color such as green, red, blue, orange and so on, but for this cube, it's color was pure purple. Unlike the Rubik's cube which was made of plastic, but this shiny glassy purple cube on his hand was made of diamond.

"This is cube is special, and it is called "ArkCube," and it is used to help you travel from one dimension to another easily, but it consumed a lot of mana to do that. Something like a portal, but this ArkCube can only be found in the Realm of God, but in the Mortal World, people use "Portal Scroll" instead of cubes for traveling,"
