Vikram's Past....

As Vikram spoke about the past he himself remised those carefree days of his life with a gentle smile. His forlorn eyes yearned for those days to come back again .

" This forest is not filled with her memories but has also witnessed her diabolical , wicked and vicious death. A death that not even the cruelest enemy deserves . " Vikram added.

" Up ahead is the place which she once claimed to be her home. . It still feels like just yesterday " Father spoke as he remembered that dreadful night.

" Father you have previously mentioned that Madam was burnt, but isn't that how Hindu religion performs their last rituals ???"

Yuma had learned about the death of Aahil's mother on the night he succeeded in earning a compliment from Aahil. But none ever spoke with confidence. As to what exactly happened that night was locked away in the heart of time and in Aahil's memories.

" Yuma my friend I believe you got a little mixed up with Aunty's death and Hindu cremation.

Allow me to explain you...

Twenty years ago in this forest we found Aunty's half burned dead body. The spot that we found her is where we are heading right now.Also there were heavy traces of acid found on her body.

Now as when we speak of Hindu last rituals , we indeed cremate the body of the dead but we do so in a special cremation area. Also we there are many more rituals to be performed before we can cremate a body. The cremation done in the special area that are government approved and they are responsible for issuing the temporary death certificate . Also before cremation in these places they will check the doctor certificate declaring the person as dead.

These cremation places are equipped with many electric furnace for cremation . Also if anyone wants to go for a more traditional way they can arrange for a wood stack cremation as well, both are allowed.

Last but not the least my friend we definitely don't use acid to cremate the dead. "

Vikram further explained about the rituals as he was experienced regarding it. He had performed his maternal great grandma's last rituals in detail as well as Madam Oberoi's in secret.

" I understand what you said but what bothers me is the fact that how can you be sure that it was Madam whose dead body you found in these and not someone else ??? You said the body was half burned already??? "

Yuma was still not convinced with the fact regarding his mistress death as he looked for details that would give a solid proof.

" Indeed the body was burnt but the forensic report of the body proved that she was still alive when she was burning in flames also the fire was set after throwing a heavy amount of hydrochloric acid directly on her . The fact that two bullet shots were also found wasn't natural either . And we are sure of the fact that she was Aahil's mother and no one else as a DNA test was done from the hair strands that we found from her home and matched it with the DNA of the burned body. They were a prefect match.

Thus my child that is all we know about Aahil's mother's death... Hence I believe you will agree that burning a person alive is same as giving a burial to a living person .

Both are murder , the former being brutal and excruciatingly painful while the latter was painless. " Father supported Vikram's explanation with the scientific approach.

Chills ran down to the very core of Yuma as he fully understood the death that his poor mistress received .

"This is not murder... It's madness "

" Madness indeed... And imagine the trauma of witnessing everything for a ten year old boy. I don't even know what happened before that... Maybe this is a form of mercy from the heavens. It was perhaps the best solution at that time... For I don't think Aahil was ready to face the truth at that time ." Father added with regret and self blame.

"Father please..... Don't blame yourself....

It wasn't your fault...

You didn't even knew that Aunty sent you such a parcel....."

As Vikram was consoling Father and before Yuma could question further about the said piece , Aahil voice rang out in the woods.

Because Father wanted to explain everything related to Madam Oberoi's death to Yuma he deliberately slowed down his steps and asked Vikram to join in with him. He did so as Aahil did not over hear their conversation with Yuma , thus killing two birds with one stone.

Father asked Vikram to join him as Madam Oberoi's memories were not only in possession of Aahil but also Vikram .

Vikram joined the boarding school at the tender age of eight .

If someone is to ask him now for his opinion about the school his answer would be 'The School Is My Home ' without batting an eyelid , but that was definitely not the case back then.

From the age of four to eight before he joined the school were the darkest times of Vikram's life..When he arrived in school he was heartbroken , depressed , neglected and whatnot.... Well as for the credit of the situation , that definitely goes to Vikram's parents.....

They were going through a nasty separation , as they were in extra marital affairs wanting freedom from their prison called marriage . His father was a playboy and had taken countless women in his bed. Many were pregnant with his child and when they informed him about that , he not only used brutal force and killed the baby but also made those women impotent with torture to the extent that many died and those who survived were as good as dead.

When these women were found they were beyond recognition as marks of whips were all over there body along with black and blue patches. There were also broken bones , torn apart organs and flesh bitten out from the body.

The torture left some women in coma , some in mental asylum. Not all women in his bed were willing. He raped many girls , anyone who caught his eye was the end for that person. From a fourteen year old girl to a pregnant woman none escaped his clutches. He was particularly ruthless and brutal towards the married and pregnant woman as he was not their first ... Actually he was a cunning psychopath.. He was mentally ill person to a dangerous extent.

He was a monster in disguise.... A nightmare for any woman ...

Only and only his mother was immune from that monster after learning about his true colours , but it came at a price... And little Vikram had to pay that price.

His parents had an arranged marriage at the word of Vikram's maternal grandfather Mr. Sudhir Rai. Both his father and his maternal grandfather crossed paths due to a business tender. His grandfather was a successful business man in Dubai and having connections all over India while his father was a somewhat decent business man in Manali .

His father ran a real estate construction company in Manali "The Shergil Housing Ltd " . The two met as result of winning a tender from Mr. Rai. Wanting to gift his only child and daughter a holiday villa in Manali Mr. Rai issued a tender which was coincidentally won by Shergil. As for how he won it , was as plain as day to the other competitor . But Mr. Rai at that time was not aware of his dirty and ruthless tricks and believed him to be an ethical business man Gabe him the contract

Seeing an endless business possibilities and after learning about his beautiful daughter , the cunning psychopath displayed his white lotus act and charms. Unaware of his true colours Mr. Rai was truly impressed with the lad , thus becoming his prey.

But as they say ' In This Universe There Is Always Someone Who Can Outsmart You '.

Mr. Shergil's act and charms soon lead the talks to marriage and gained Mr. Rai's word in have his daughter's hand in marriage with him. But Ms. Rai , the daughter of Mr. Rai was no pushover.

She was already in a relationship with her boyfriend and had no intention of marrying anybody else. Knowing his daughter's revolting personality and to save his word to Mr. Shergil he suppressed his daughter both financially and physically.

She was forced to quit her job and put under house arrest , even all her contacts were disconnected .

But Mrs. Rai helped contact her boyfriend and gave the idea to elope. Ms. Rai's boyfriend was also an Indian working as a robotic engineer in NASA. Mrs. Rai didn't have any good impression of Mr. Shergil and knew something was wrong with him.

It was mother's instinct.

But even she couldn't do much. But her boyfriend could. Understanding the situation he planned accordingly but there was not stopping the wedding. In order to protect Ms. Rai it was necessary to let the wedding take place. In the meantime her boyfriend prepared a special robo bug that would be used by him to rescue Ms. Rai.

After the wedding when Ms. Rai arrived at Mr.Shergil's place the robo bug follows them and enters his leir. Mr. Shergil forcefully had sex with Ms. Rai and was furious to know that she was not a virgin , but his torture was still bearable thanks to the robo bug. The robo bug was designed with a mini tranquilier containing a very strong sedation liquid. The bug was controlled by her boyfriend from outside their estate. When Mr. Shergil forced her for sex the bug release the tranquil pin containing the medicine.

But , it wasn't enough for he still was able to have a two rounds with her before the medicine affected him. There was no protection used as a result their was a high chances of pregnancy.

Before the medicine worn off Ms. Rai was able to escape from the clutches of that monster temporarily. As they say , you can run but you can't hide from your problems.

A month later it was found that indeed Ms Rai was pregnant for she can't take birth control pills because she is allergic to it.

Hence , they tried to abort the baby but was unsuccessful as the doctor said that her allergies to birth control pills was not normal and was due to hormonal imbalancment which was also the reason why they can't go for an abortion. If they forced to have an abortion the results could be disastrous.

Having no choice but to endure it Ms. Rai was forced to give birth to that baby which later turned to be Vikram. She was furious with her father after she did the background check of the guy for forcing her to marry a psychopath, mentally ill person when her boyfriend was a million times better all for his pride as a man.

When Elder Madam Shergil ( Vikram's parental grandma) learned about the baby she requested Ms. Rai to only give birth to the child . After the child is born she will take him away and raise him.

True to her word she did take baby Vikram away but that lasted only for three years after which she was forced to send Vikram back to his mother much to her annoyance as Mr. Shergil found out about his existence. Ms. Rai detested him , blamed him for all her miseries and problems as he was a symbol of the night where Mr. Shergil raped her. She vented her anger on him. She even tried to kill him in her fit of anger but lucky was saved by Mr. Rai.

Seeing the child suffer Mr. Rai blamed himself to no end.

On the otherhand, Mr. Shergil refused to give divorce and kept on harassing his wife.... He was out of control and even tortured and attempted to kill little Vikram. The divorce case dragged on for five years after which on Mr. Shergil's attempt to kill Vikram, Madam Shergil took a final stand and kill her own son in order to end his madness. Then she herself committed suicide.

Seeing his father's madness along with the fact that he was least loved by his mother made him lonely and secretly wished he too could died. His mother didn't wanted to see his face after the death of that madman and left for America without him.

Looking at the boy Mr. Rai felt an enormous amount for guilt and desperation. He wanted the child to grow up normally like any other child but didn't know how to help him for he had seen to many bad things of this cruel world.

Thus on Madam Rai 'S word he sent Vikram to this school.

If god closes one door on you he opens countless more doors for you to choose from.

The same was in case for Vikram. This school changed his life forever. Perhaps it was God's way of bringing him to his fate.

This was his key out of that hel in which he was born.

When Vikram came to the school he coincidentally landed in the same class as Aakash and Aahil where Madam Oberoi was the class teacher. Seeing the boy so upset and lonely she specifically asked Aakash and Aahil to be his friends and brought him under her direct care. The initiative from Aakash and Aahil to be his friends warmed the little lad's heart. He didn't have any friends to begin with so there friendship meant a lot and also boasted his confidence .

As the boys got along well Madam Oberoi managed to gain Vikram's trust not only as his teacher but also as a motherly figure. In a span of three months time the three boys became inseparable and Vikram too enjoyed Madam Oberoi's company as well as teachings. She then requested Father Abraham to grant her permission to take Vikram home with her on weekends. Understanding the little boy's needs he quickly agreed , this it became an regular thing. Madam Oberoi tended to Vikram's every need just like she did for her own child.

Vikram's heart was deeply moved by Madam Oberoi's love, care and attention towards him. He became dependent on her and spoke more freely to her.

Many say that the bonds of heart are much stronger than the ties of blood. Blood ties can betray but true bonds of heart will never do so.

Madam Oberoi raised Vikram with her upbringing , same as she inculatied to Aahil . Their time was short but they left a lasting impression on him. Till date Vikram meticulously follows Madam Oberoi's teachings .

This school, his friendship with Aahil and meeting Madam Oberoi was the path to his identity today. An identity that made even his own birth mother who detested him to no end lick his boots now-a-days much to Vikram's annoyance.

Vikram's was not only Aahil's assistant but also his right hand man . He signal handedly managed everything in the company as per Aahil's wishes. He was probably the only one in the world who even after having full abilities of a CEO would work as an assistant. Many of the rival companies tried to poach him but none remain to tell that they regreted their decision. When it came to poaching his staff Aahil would personally settle the matter, never mind his friends.

When Vikram first heard about the death of Madam Oberoi he was heartbroken as he lost his only source of comfort. But after learning everything from Father Fernandez he understood the seriousness of the situation and quickly recovered himself for the sake of his best friend . When Aahil was in coma and after waking up , it was Vikram who took care of him and support him .

Vikram sweared to himself as he performed the last rituals for Madam Oberoi that he would with his life take care of his friend and her son just like she had taken care him like a mother....

Vowed that he would himself alongside Aahil avenge her death and punish the culprit....
