Comments of chapter undefined of Way of the Knights

This chapter didn't make sense

We were just told about how everyone was equal than have this... which is fairly par for the course. What I am more confused on is why previously it was that everyone knew them yet this guy only knew their infamy? Some easy explanations, but hmmm.

So his dad is the Hawk and him marking them means that his dad will look up that guys family and dig up all their dirty secrets.

Poorly written chapter with enough translation issues to make it Inconprehensible.
