Yeah, writer's block sucks. I wonder if you had gotten over it yet, so I decided to post a review. That being said I know of several routes you could take in vault 3. From fighting Nelphi to the ranger hidden in the vault. Thinking back, this is the reason I always deal with the Great Khans first. The one guy gives you a mission that allows you to walk right in the vault unimpeded. Then I would do the mission, kill Motorrunner and then sneak out the back way with the ranger. You should be able to sneak in with so few guards and pull the same trick. Save for you know, ganking Driver Nelphi.
