We can only hope she honours her brother's wishes. I doubt he would have asked or done any of these things if it weren't for Rowan's interference but it would be nice to see Walburga at least try to build a connection with her children.
the end of Alphard must be memorable. an action that marks the spirits spirits, whether in a fight or in another way.
That death must make Rowan evolve.
the fact that Alphard says goodbye to everyone like that reinforces this feeling even more. like a goodbye before a final battle.
