7 The First Month.

Arriving at the lecture hall, he doesn't see Jake so he sits down at the back of the lecture hall.

15 minutes pass by and Jake still hasn't entered despite being over 10 minutes into the lecture.

Soon it is the end of the lecture and he hasn't seen Jake, left with nothing to do, Ronan walks back towards his dorm, somewhat panicking, using all that time to finish the textbooks would be a waste if he can't collect the money.

After arriving at his dorm the first thing he does is text Jake and wait for a response, whilst waiting he starts fixing more bugs on his app.

'Turns out there's a lot more to do with this app than what I planned, then again I was a newbie starting a fairly big project but the only reason it has taken off was mainly from Jake, it seems like he had managed to spread it pretty far and wide.' Ronan was thinking of the many reasons why his app was taking all his time.

1 hour later and Jake still hadn't gotten back to him, so he called.

"Hey Jake, so you ill or something?" Ronan got through to Jake when he called.

"No, something just came up, I'll be busy for a couple of days, a week at most, if you want to hand in those textbooks you can either wait or give them to one of my 'minions', they'll be in a lecture in 2 days with the money." Jake replied with a somewhat tired voice.

"I'll wait, my apps taking up 3/4 of my time anyway and I can use these days to rest and focus on my app." Ronan said, whilst opening up his statistics on his laptop.

"Oh, I forgot to thank you for telling your friend about it, it became somewhat popular so now I have to do all kinds of bug fixes and look for various advertising platforms. I'll be getting my first paycheck from it as well in a couple of days." Ronan carried on, spilling everything to Jake as if they were part of the same family.

"That's good, you still want the textbooks to fill out? If the apps taking up most of your time maybe you want to stop with the textbooks, especially if you can make more money from the app." Jake started the sentence tired but ended almost exhausted.

"You sound tired, anyway I'll think about it and get back to you later, go sleep or something, it's not good for your health." Ronan replied while thinking 'Damnit, now I'm starting to sound like the system, at least I didn't make him run for 2 hours a day, that'd be killer.'

After hanging up Ronan looked at his statistics, just over 55k now, over 5k in 1 day, but compared to previous days it's starting to die down, with the advertisements maybe it'll get a new boost of people.

Ronan went to sleep thinking about his various plans on how to improve his app.

Ronan woke up to his alarm, he had set one the previous day because he was feeling more and more tired, getting up at the same time to run and use all his energy on coursework and his app, then he would have to find more time to complete the textbooks for various people for money. All in all, it was extremely tiring for Ronan.

'At some point, I'm going to have to create a schedule for my day, not just for running.' Ronan thought whilst getting ready to run again.

After running Ronan checked his stats and went back to a day of grinding the bugs down in his app and soon the day was over.

The next day Ronan woke up from his alarm, he was going to a lecture today to hand in the textbooks so he doesn't forget in the future, it was also the day he was getting paid, it was supposed to be tomorrow, but its the weekend so as the last day of the workweek, so he gets paid a day early.

After the lecture was done, he took a look at his Riverwood account, the money wasn't directly put into his bank account, but it could be set up that way, as Riverwood had many different products and services for sale you could get a discount if you use money inside your Riverwood account and the main reason why he kept the money inside the Riverwood account was due to this, you could withdraw money, but not deposit money into your account.

It was only $1747 but it was still a large amount, but considering that he doesn't get that amount, he has to take off the $262 that he pays the Agency, in total he gets $1485, which is still a large amount of money and because he paid for the majority of his apps features (Advertising on other websites, servers, Riverwood, etc.), he doesn't have to exchange it unlike the money from his textbooks, so he can buy a prosperity point with it, but it was not recommended so as he would have next to nothing left if he did, making it harder for him to gain more money in the future, especially if the app flops and he only manages to make 1 month worth of money out of it, despite it being in its infant stage and it only being available for around a week.

Ronan spends the next few hours looking at the various products and services he can buy at Riverwood, he buys some essential items such as DDoS protection so they can't target his servers, setting that up only took several minutes as both Riverwood and the company he was renting services from we're part of the same business group and they have worked together hundreds of times.
