Luffy's powers don't even work for modern day bullets. The only bullets he could deflect are the sphere ones. Unless you have a unique take on his powers then they're pretty lame. Will keep reading in meantime. He needs to beat out Mr. Fantastic someway

not hatting or anything but the only power luffy have is plot armor. the gum gum fruit is mid tier in my humble opinion not much to develop on even with gear 2 3 4, then what he has low option to grow with this fruit and in one piece it might be good with the will of d that he/luffy has but in marvel that is like saying **** you just die with slight hope that you might get powerfull in a place with full of world ending freaks left and right

stupid, always hate when they put random powers in marvel. Would have been much better with just 3 types of haki but he must train them from the beginning.
