What do you think one person needs to be able to become a great leader? No first, What does being a great leader means?

Obviously, there are a lot of answers to that question. But for me, I like to say that a leader is someone who is always three steps ahead of the others and who looks out for the people who work under him before himself.

Now before talking about a great leader, if you want to become a leader you must ask yourself this question, what is leadership? and what does it imply?

As for the meaning of leadership, it is defined as a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more coherent and cohesive.

In this case, I'm not gonna be the head of a company but the head of an army. I want to create an army fighting for the case of weak people.

There are a lot of people out there who don't know that they are being oppressed and deprived of there liberty. I don't want to be a hypocrite, I know very well the true colors of human nature and some people are ungrateful b*stards. Take the story of Fisher Tiger as an example, That b*tch call the marines even though he saved her daughter... like...d*mn...

But the actions of the world government is on another level, those people are the apex of how much of a scum someone can be. Plus being given the chance to come in this world, you're sure that I will do my best to be a threat to them.

Alright now I'm the going to be the head of a company but an army, when I'm thinking about war, conquering places, creating a huge empire for my loved ones can live normally, the first thing that comes to my mind is the Qin dynasty during the warring state period in China.

In that place, the highest grade when it comes to the army is the Supreme general. Then I'm gonna be the king and have some Supreme generals under me, Shin will be one of them.

I was thinking about to run this new faction and how to make ourselves known enough to be a threat to the Government when Shin came back wearing one of the many Karategi I tried to recreate in this world. It wasn't easy I lost a lot of valuable materials but I still somehow succeeded.

For those who don't know, Karategi is the formal Japanese name for the traditional uniform used for Karate practice and competition.

A karategi is somewhat similar to a judogi (柔道着 or 柔道衣, Judo uniform) as it shares a common origin; however, the material and cut of the uniform is generally much lighter and looser fitting.

The heaviest of Karategi is only 0.5 kg (16 oz) compared to some judogi at 1 kg (35 oz). Because of the nature of Karate training which emphasizes striking, kicking and a more limited range of standing throws compared to Judo the karategi has evolved in a manner that maximizes mobility and speed without the extremely coarse and strong fabric required for grappling and throwing found in Judo.

They are made from smooth cotton which may be brushed or ribbed for unrestricted movement and added comfort. Reinforced stitching is common, as to compensate for the stresses put on the gi.

There are three main cuts of Karategi, the Kata, European and Japanese.[5] The Japanese cut has short sleeves and trousers for less restriction. This cut also has a longer lapel that prevents it from riding up over the belt (obi).

The Kata cut is very rare. It has even shorter sleeves and is chosen more for aesthetic appeal.

European Cut has longer sleeves and trouser. The lapel is shorter. This cut again is chosen for aesthetic appeal. Karate uniforms come in a wide array of colors. Most Karateka still wears white. Some clubs use a system of different colors to differentiate students from instructors.

Enough about uniforms. Now Shin is wearing one of the Karategi I made

Shin: " I'm done "

Me: " you kinda look good in this uniform "

Shin: " oh Thanks! I was just trying some of your clothes "

Me: " my cloth... you know what take as much as you want, now come sit down and ask me your questions "

Shin: " alright " he sat down in front of me " my first question is what is your goal "

Me: " well, as you now we both hate the government, so I thought of creating another faction other than the three already existing in this world. You already know about the factions, right? "

Shin: " yeah, the world government, the pirates and the revolutionary "

Me: " That's right, for now, I thought about being pirates recruiting strong people for our cause and evolve into a full-fledged organization that can threaten those b*stards"

Shin: " good idea, but the problem is who are we going to recruit and where will we find them? "

Commander-in-Chief or Supreme Commander is the title given to the leader of an enormous army or the chief of military affairs who presides over a state's overall military command. You will be my Supreme Commander and controlling everything militarily related. "

Me: " After that, will come the great generals that will be under you. Great General is considered the highest-ranking position in most military organizations. Those who hold it are considered the most experienced and most talented commanders, becoming living symbols of a state's martial prowess and leading hundreds of thousands of soldiers into battles. "

Me: " as for the other division there will be ranks under from rank 1 being the lowest to rank 10 who are under the supreme officer "

Shin: " Supreme officer... that's kind of lame "

Me: " just listen and drop whining... after the great generals there will be from highest to lowest. General, captain, lieutenant, 1000 men leader, 100 men leader, squad leader ( one squad= 10 men ) and normal soldier. We will also use the merit points system for those who want to climb to the top. "

Shin: " Merit points system, that's fair "

Me: " I made an error earlier, you won't be the only supreme General, of course, you will be the leader of all the supreme general but I plan on recruiting people who don't want to be controlled. So I plan on giving each of you an army and let you do whatever you want as long as it doesn't trespass our rules "

Shin: " I assume each Supreme General will control a base with a rank 10 officer under him, that's a suggestion "

Me: " you're right, but I thought of this... the Supreme Generals will each leave their most trusted Great General and a rank 10 officer to control the base and they will all be in my ship with the Supreme Officer to explore the world. "

Shin: " Great idea, but if those people abuse their powers or betray us, what would we do "

Me: " that's up to the Supreme General the said persons work under, and we will do monthly Checks to without notice to repair and eliminate the intruders "
