Chapter 4.2, "Weakest" Freshman

After Si Liuqi had put all of his belongings, just a bag that had some clean clothes given to him by the college and the ice devouring art, he made his way to the outer court student conference hall. The outer court conference hall was six times as big as the main entrance hall of the tang sect. The hall also had 5 seating parts, one for each grade and the remaining one for the teachers respectively.

The first grade's seats were white, the second grade' seats were yellow, the third and fourth grade' seats were purple, and the teacher's seats were red. Each seat had a shrek logo imprinted on it. Of course the seats were the kind that was cheap, as soul masters didn't really need to sit anyways.

Si Liuqi sat at the left back edge of the seats, as to rush to outer court's cafeteria right after the conference ends. In a span of 5 minutes the first grade seat's in the Conference hall was already packed full. Some people who knew each other were talking to each other, some people were sleep sitting, some trihards were still cultivating, and some bishounens were flaunting their soul rings over the fangirls surrounding them. There were also ones who had a cold aura around them that made it hard for others to approach.

After some time the voices began to go down, and a voice that carried immeasurable might came out. "I welcome you freshmen to Shrek!" It was a man who this voice belonged to. The man looked like he was in his late middle ages, like 55, but he still sounded really energetic. "As some of you have no idea of who I am, let me introduce myself..." The man spoke in a polite and respectful way, as if to teach the children not to be arrogant, even when having enough power to be so. "I am the current dean of the soul masters department, and my name is, Bai Bai!"

Some of the students started laughing, some of them giggled, but Su Liuqi and some others either didn't find this funny or they just didn't care. Well what was the reason the students laughed?

Bye Bye? No the reason they laughed was that bai meant white and the skin of the dean was black. So these students were laughing because they were racists.

A vein popped up on the forehead of the dean. He then continued with a stern voice." All of you who just laughed, go run 200 laps around the outer court's training area after this. As long as one doesn't faint from exhaustion or pain, any of you who stops running will expelled. Anyways, as I was saying, all of you must be grateful that you were accepted to shrek. As many of you know, our college has more than 14,000 years of inheritance, and we were never short on students who we raised from monsters to even scarier and mightier ones. You must never shame the glory of shrek, furthermore, you must increase it as much as you can. This doesn't mean that our school has to be the most powerful one, this means that our school is the best school to raise righteous people, who has hearts full of justice. The injustice will never be accepted in our school. This does not mean that weak will have equal rights to the ones with power, this means that weak and strong will all be judged equally, except exams, as stronger ones will need harder exams."

The eyes of many students shined with admiration after the dean talked about the inheritance and the glory of the shrek college. They were all young and admired the people who were strong and had a heart of justice. The shrek was simply a school that nurtured many generation of heros. Ant the youth always liked heros. They all wanted to become a hero and stand at the peak of the douluo and the other two continents.

The dean continued after giving the students a second or two to snap out of their daydreams. "Well, that is that. I hope that all of will one day be able to stand at the peak while maintaining a righteous heart. As all of you know the classes will begin tomorrow, and the classes are already determined. There will be 5 classes for you first graders. There will also be an individual ranking that was determined by your entrance exam grades and which class you will be in is determined by your personal ranking. You can see which rank you are in a billboard that's located outside the cafeteria. Thank you for coming here, an those who laughed can immediately scram to the training area and start running. Remember, the teachers of shrek college are not so dumb that they won't notice if you try to cheat or sneak out." Bai Bai then made his way out of the confrence hall.

All of the students started going out of the hall. Of course our smart friend Su Liuqi was the first to do so. Liuqi then quickly walked over to the outer court's cafeteria. He first looked at the billboard to find his out which place was he ranked. Not surprisingly he was ranked the last. He was the weakest freshman. Lol you thought this chapter was going to end with that line but he then went inside the cafeteria to ask for some leftover ice.
