Chapter 2.1, Why does fate bully me so much?

It wasn't easy for a 10 year old to make it to the very northeast of the continent from its' very center point. It took him about 3 months to get to there. When he was journeying he saw countless realities of the world; people suffering from famine, villages that got targeted and raided by evil organizations, and people who had nobody but themselves.

Si Liuqi's heart ached every time, when he saw a person suffer. He did his best to help them. He teached people suffering from how to efficiently farm, find will vegetables, and hunt safely. That's why a journey that would have took him 1 and a half months had doubled in time.

He was also able to figure something out during the journey. There was actually 2 voices inside of him. There was a voice urging him to give in to hatret and revenge, and there was a voice who wanted him to stay calm. They sounded like extreme opposites. Liuqi was not sure if the voices knew that another voice existed within himself as they didn't seem to know each other's existance.

After arriving a shore at the very northeast, Liuqi had to be extremely careful. After all he was close to one of the forbidden areas for humans, Extreme North. This was also the reason why there was no village here. He cautiously approached the edge of the door. His spider-sense was tingling.

He saw piece of blue silver crystal on what seemed like a throne about a meter into the sea. He got close to it and touched. The feeling he got from touching it was a very familiar feeling. Suddenly his cultivation started roaring. He broke through level 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in a mere second. He was flabbergasted.

This was not fair. If he had known such a thing existed he would have left earlier to have more on becoming a shrek student. However for now he didn't have one ring when he was 10.3 not to mention having 2 rings by the age of 12.

Of course the blue silver crystal in his hands dissapeared and the throne made creaking noises and turned into dust that looked like fish bait. A hissing sound came from sea. A rainbow scaled 2 meters long alligator appeared with ita eyes shining with bloodlust.

Liqui was surprised and terrified by the sudden appearance of the alligator. He learned at the school in tang sect that reptilian soul beasts with unusual colored scales may be descendants of the might dragon race. The dragons were the strongest beings in the universe, even their weakest descendants were rare to came by and powerful.

"Fight it, prove worthy." came a mighty voice from the sky. This might slightly felt like the titled douluo's from when he was catching the other escaping soul douluos. However that was only if earth and heaven were on the same level. The might from titled douluo made others respect him, unlike this voice who gave a felling like kind of divine being who should be worshipped.

"How in the heavens did I end up in this situation?"

Liuqi was still really pure, he had yet to utter his first swear word. He knew no sins. He had no envy, greed, lust, pride, gluttony, sloth and nor did he have any wrath (hatred). He was still so pure even after so many years of getting bullied.

"Why does fate hate me so much?"

"Fight it, you will get whatever you seek if you can beat it."

"Can I get answers, if I can beat it?"

"If that is whatever you seek."

"Umm, can I at least know what I am supposed to fight? I don't even possess a soul ring. I don't think I am qualified to fight with it."

"The test was made with regards to your current ability, if you can maximize your potential, there is one in a 10 trillion chance of you beating it. That is enough for you to be qualified to fight with it."

"You mean I can have a chance beat an alligator?"

"Yes, you are capable of beating the 1,000 years old rainbow scaled alligator."

"Tho, thousand years? I stood no chance to even a 100 year old soul beast."

"You will be given 5 minutes the ready yourself."

"Wait, please reconsider this, I want to give up."

"..."

"Uh..."

Liuqi currently felt like he was completely abandoned by fate and gods.

"So do you seek power for revenge now?" asked the voice inside of him.

"No."

"The-"

"But I seek power to beat the beast in front of me, not for revenge."

"Then we will have to go with trial mode." said the voice inside of while laughing slyly. "I will give you enough power to double your chances of killing that beast." said the voice sinisterly

"Ki-killing, not defeating?"

"My power is to destroy, not defeat."

"*gulps*Okay."

Seems like god still felt that his situation was unfair and had sent him power from an upper realm to at least double his nearly nonexistent chances.
