These chapters are rather short... for the cost to unlock chapters all the time I could buy a bookshelf of published novels that have been through editors and refined. That’s my biggest complaint. I just want to finish the story already! Lol

So...mother cursed Irene because she was in love with the Devil. She had to give up her son, who is being raised by others, and she can’t tell him.

I truly love this book I hate that I can't afford to pay to read the rest and get very aggravated but I can only read a teaser if one or two chapters a day but none the less you have a great story and I look forward to meeting everyday

now I think that the reason why Lucian don't grow up with his real parents is because at Irene the witch loved lothaire the devil and got pregnant with the devil's son and maybe when she was married to the king and she was cursed my her mother may be not to rise his son . inform me if my guessing is right

I hope Lucian will be successful with his plight of attacking the castle
