" What's on the news?" Alex turned towards his assistant. He raised an eyebrow when what he got as an answer was complete silence from the man who was looking at something in his phone, with a shocked expression.

" David?"

" Oh... I am sorry, I am sorry.." David replied, snapped back to reality with a horrified expression, thinking whether he might get fired for not paying attention.

" What triggered you? "

" Huh?"

" I mean, what on Earth did make the ' most emotionally stable man ' become inattentive? What was with that expression earlier?"

" Oh! President!" David continued with excitement in his voice. " There's a different news that's surfacing. It has abnormally turned the sky-rocketing rates of criminal cases, especially those related to molestation and domestic violence. The most amazing factor is that it was caused by a woman who's also supposedly a foreigner to this city. Have a look at this....." He handed his mobile to Alex and waited for his boss's remarks on this woman.

" According to the latest reports and evidence, the infamous gangsters who were the cause for most of the crimes taking in the city, are taken away by the police and admitted to the hospital owned by the security officials. The cause for their sudden capture was the result of their effort to molest a foreign woman, who seemed to be the person that left those in a half dead manner in order to protect herself. It was found that the leader of the group had a broken wrist and a dislocated arm. while other two men were hit in the sensitive spots with much force that they were unable to stand and the remaining two were supposedly nailed to the wall by their knees. Sources also claim that they have holes in their hands..."

The news article increased Alex's urge to find more about the woman of whom the entire city was now talking about. ' Who is this woman?' He thought while clicking on the play button of the security footage of the incident, provided by the authorities. The buffering made Alex more and more anxious about the identity of the woman that he instantly ordered, " Make sure that the Network Provider is changed and blacklisted from our company."

" Noted..." was all that David could say as his throat was dry upon seeing anger creep into this boss's veins. But who could blame him? Even he himself was getting impatient just for the sake of seeing how on Earth was someone able to handle those scums.

After a few seconds, the video started playing with full volume. The security cameras in the Seyfert City were specialized to have the capacity to record sounds.

The contents of the video were enough to make the eyes of the most ruthless person to be known, go wide while his assistant's jaw opened in shock. How can someone be so fast and deathly in throwing kicks and using knifes? Unbelievable! They have seen many men have clear-cut moves but for a woman with such a frail body ( appeared from the camera ) it was horrendous to even think of!

Well, talents like this shouldn't be wasted , hmm? Both the men's eyes sparkled with excitement.

" David colle..." " Ay, Sir!" David didn't even wait for his boss to complete his statement and grabbed his wallet and turned it upside down to reveal a glass screen inside it. With pressing the bottom part of the screen. it lit up and a command displayed on it that expected the user to put in a password and then decode an encrypted line. After completing the process, David uploaded the viral video and typed in a coded language to search for the identity of the girl. Normally, the device always took 2-3 seconds for giving any type of information but in this case almost 5 minutes passed but there was not even a bit of information.

' Maybe a low-profile person..' David tried to calm his nerves while thinking of all the possibilities leading to the delay in the search. But he tensed up more when the device started heating up.

In his 10 years of work, never ever has his faithful device get heated up. After waiting for a few seconds, the screen lit up with a message. Both Alex and David excitedly looked towards the message only to get their enthusiasm out of their soul.

The message read ' Unable to get information.'

" This has been the first time that my device failed to get any information. Maybe it needs an update..." David said gloomily.

" No..there's no problem with the device. It's just that our lead here is quite mysterious." added Alex with an amused look on his face. " It seems that finally we can get to use our own efforts. This woman is what we need in our new recruits. She's the one who can lead the troops in training. No matter what I will find you out Ruby."

" Sir you know her name?" asked David with a confused look.

" No David. It's the name I have given this girl. Look at her methods. She's a gem and so I've decided to call this woman, Ruby , 'cause she's different.."
