Chapter 2: Dreams that are reality

Right after Miles disappeared, Li decided to go inside and drift to dreamland.

"Good evening, My lady"

A slithering voice said from behind

"Huh?"

Li looked behind, And a shock blew through her mind.

"MILES HARPER EDGEWORTH IF THIS IS ONE OF YOUR TRICKS I WILL BLOW YOUR HEAD OFF!"

Li thought to herself, she may think she looks so tough at the momment, she actually looks like a rabbit who's lost it's owner.

"M-Miles?"

Li called for his help, as she was backed into a corned by the snake.

"Yes, Love?"

Miles randomly appeared.

"Can't you see? I'm in trouble you idiot!"

Li shouted, looking at Miles, trembling in fear.

"Haha, You're very naive, and very petty"

Miles laughed at her, looking at her up and down. Now, he has just realized that it's a life and death situation, even in dreams the rules in the outside world do apply, but the question is...

"Am I dreaming?"

Li asked as the snake disappeared.

"Wheather it is or not, just know I saved the whole universe from collapsing apart, try not to get in danger, also, USE YOUR BRAIN"

Miles said, looking down at the princess.

"Don't look down on me nor underestimate me, I may be stronger than I look!"

Li exclaimed, flying up too match Mile's platform.

"Princess, even if you are stronger than you look, know that you'll always be second best, no matter what."

Miles smirked, looking again at the princess, eyeing her from head to toe.

The next thing Li knew, she woke up.

She looked left, no one there...

She looked right, someone there.

"Wait....What?"

Li asked her self as she stared at sleeping Miles.

"What happened?"

She asked, Trying to find a way to get away with out trying to wake up miles.

"Dearest, Stop asking so much questions, you kept screaming all night, what did you dream about?"

Miles Smirked

"You calling me second best"

Li looked away.

"Ooh~ so, Darling did dream about her soon to be husband"

Miles laughed

As the day went by, Miles was out while Li was left in the castle, forced to watch as everything is being sorted out before her eyes
