Chapter 30:

When Dante got back he found Akeno sprawled out on his bed sleeping, giving a small chuckle he crawled into the bed and did the same, unknown to him Akeno was awake and decided to test him. When she felt that he just lied down next to her without taking advantage she gave a loving smile and fell asleep on his chest like a kitten.

The next morning Dante had all of them go to school together, with Dante in the front holding hands with Akeno and Kiba and Koneko following close behind. Rias and Sona were shocked at the fact that they are unable to feel Akeno and co's power level now. Rias was the most shocked because that means that she truly is the weakest in her peerage now even though she is the king, and to Dante's disappointment even after he berated her she didn't do anything to improve herself whether it be training or learning, she was still the all boobs no brains useless heiress she was before. When Dante and Akeno felt this, they shook their heads in disappointment, a notion not missed by Sona.

After class Dante walked up to Sona and said, "President, would you be so kind as to meet in the ORC building today as I need to talk to you about something." He still had a care-free smile, but Sona just gave a nod and alerted her peerage to meet in the ORC building.

When they entered the ORC building Dante walked up to the desk Rias normally sits at and sat down with his feet resting on the desk.

Rias: "Just exactly do you think you are doing?" she asked clearly annoyed.

Dante: "Well, as you can see I am relaxing while waiting for Sona's peerage to show up." He said not bothered by her tone.

Rias: "I can see you are sitting. I want to know why you are in the king's chair, my chair."

Dante: "Shrug* I just felt like sitting here and while you may be the heiress to the Gremory family, you are not my king. That is a role and title earned my blood, sweat, and tears, not a name that is given for just being born. The day you are strong enough to make me kneel is the day I will acknowledge you as my king, but if that ever happens it will only happen once as I would kill myself right after to not give you the satisfaction of hearing it more than once." He said calmly.

Before Rias could continue Akeno served him some tea and sat next to him leaning on his shoulder. Rias was shocked because she had never seen Akeno show this much affection to anyone including herself.

Rias: "Just what do you think you are doing Akeno?" she asked in surprise and frustration.

Akeno: "Well, I am giving some tea to my boyfriend and relaxing with him." She said calmly.

Rias: "Why are you showing some bastard more respect then you do me!? I am your king!" she shouted.

Akeno: "I followed you because you showed potential and you were my friend, not because I kneeled to you in subservice." She said sternly.

Rias: "Akeno Himajima as your king Rias Gremory I am enacting your con…" before she could continue, she felt a bullet infused with holy energy fly pass her face and scratch her cheek.

Dante: "Rias Gremory, if you finish that sentence, I will make sure the next bullet goes through your legs, then your arms, then your abdomen, and I will watch as you slowly die of blood loss. Sister of Sirzechs Lucifer of not, do not test my patience just because you want to be spoiled. Am I clear?" he said with a bone-chilling cold tone.

Rias quickly nods and plops down on the couch and was also shocked that Koneko and Kiba didn't come to defend her even though she was threatened. At this point Sona came in and could feel that the mood was tense but only said, "We came as you asked Dante-san." Sona was somewhat disturbed by the fact that Dante was in Rias' normal seat and that Rias had a clear cut on her cheek.

Dante: "Ah yes, thank you for coming president. I wanted to talk you the heiresses about your plans for the upcoming junior devils meeting. Since I can tell Rias has no plan and will probably challenge the first person that does something she doesn't like I wanted to know what the heiress of Sitri would be doing."

Sona: "I plan to just be a bystander as I don't believe my peerage is quite ready to fight in a rating game yet. I am curious, will you be going as well?"

Dante: "Smirk* Nothing gets by you huh Sona-chan, anyways yes, I will be going with Akeno as my partner, as such I guess I should tell Rias now that Akeno will be unavailable for the meeting and I refuse to let you challenge Sairaorg Bael"

Rias: "How can you tell me what I can or cannot do with MY peerage!"

Dante: "I can order you because I know them even better than you do even without owning their souls. Did you train them? No! I did, did you help with their moral troubles that were holding them back? No! I did, now until you have proved that you are worthy of them, I will not let you bring harm to them. I already have to deal with a few worms there so don't try me brat."

Rias was unable to say anything because Dante hit her in all the right places, his words were like knives in her heart hurting her heart and soul but mostly her pride as a princess devil and a king.

Sona was surprised by this development and decided to examine Rias' peerage members and was shocked that she couldn't feel a thing from them, if she wasn't looking at them then she probably wouldn't have even known they were there.

Sona: "How strong has Dante-san's training made you all?"

Akeno: "Ara, Ara, we have improved quite a bit. Kiba is now mid-ultimate, Koneko is low-ultimate, and I am a high-ultimate with the ability to fight a low-grade super-class."

This news shocked Rias and Sona along with her peerage to the core.

Sona: "How?! It has only been a few months since he started to train you all!"

Kiba: "If I may interrupt, Dante-san is quite powerful and while his training method is…unorthodox, it does give stellar results."

Rias: "Explain."

Kiba: "His training method when training the body and mind revolves around doing extreme workouts as a warmup and then fighting until you can't stand anymore all while using a device that messes with your internal gravity. We started at x2 gravity but now Koneko and I can withstand x300 gravity and still fight effectively. For magic he makes you wear a vest that constantly takes some of your magic and makes you spend twice the amount of magic you would normally spend to cast spells, this tempers your magic reserves so that you can spend spells with much less as you are used to using twice the amount."

Sona: "That is indeed an unorthodox, but I can see the merit behind it. Was it just the workout or was there more?"

Koneko: "Dante-sempai trained us in hand-to-hand combat after the 'warm-up' and due to the magic seals, we couldn't die in the training room, so we were beaten to death time and time again until he drilled the skills into us. Now we are able to last at least 30-minutes against him while he is only half serious."

Sona: "Half serious? And you three are all ultimate class? Just how strong is he?"

Kiba: "With all of his weapons and abilities Dante-san could probably fight a high-grade super-class and win with only minimal damage if he got completely serious."

Rias, Sona, and Sona's peerage were unable to comprehend how someone their age could be so powerful.

Dante: "Any who; since Sona is going to just play bystander then I don't need to worry about anything. I will probably have Akeno, Nevan, and Leviathan as my group in case we need to do any mock battles." He said lazily.

Sona: "Wait, did you say Leviathan?"

Dante: "Yes. Leviathan the water god not your sister. Your sister has a diluted version of Leviathan's bloodline that was given to the original devils."

This shocked Sona as her sister was known as the strongest ice user in the whole underworld minus the strongest queen, but here Dante is telling her that her sister is only using a small fraction of the bloodline's true power and it is also diluted from the original.

Sona: "What are my sister's chances of winning a fight with Leviathan to gain a complete bloodline?"

Dante: "HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That is the funniest thing I have heard in a while. Serafall may be a powerful devil king but she is a far cry from an elder god that is the owner of the bloodline that enhances her magic. If Serafall tried to fight Leviathan, then Leviathan would just suppress her bloodline to the point where Serafall couldn't even stand let alone fight."

Sona was in deep thought but, Dante paid her no mind as he was mentally planning on how to make a big impact at the junior devils meeting.
