Min Jisoo

Jisoo made her way into Jin's kitchen. She already knew where Jin kept all his stuff so she found all the ingredients needed to make the rice porridge. She started up the stove only to turn it off because she heard her phone beep. She took her phone out of her pocket and saw that she received a text from Taehyung.

'Nurse Haeun is officially no longer Hyung's nurse as of today. You will have to be his private nurse again until he agrees to go back to the hospital.'

Her eyes stretch at Taehyung's text before typing back a message of her own.

'Where are you Taehyung?'

'We left after dropping you off.'

'What if I can't convince him?'

'Then stay with him until you can convince him. I left first because I don't want to see you two together, knowing you don't even love Hyung. I didn't want to lose my temper and blow up in front of Hyung. I am against the idea of you being near him, but you're the only option I have left.'

Jisoo's eyes sadden when she read his last text. She still loved Jin with every beat of her heart. It still calls and beats Jin's name only. It still flutters at the thought of Jin.

"I'm sorry Taehyung Oppa," she softly whispered as she read through the last message once more.

She shoved all her worries and fear aside for now and put her phone away. She starts the stove back up and continues with cooking. While the porridge was boiling in the pot, Jisoo got lost in her thoughts of Jin.

Being back here in Jin's arms, made her greedy. As selfish as it sounds, she wanted Jin to stay blind. If he was blind she would never have to reveal her true self to Jin. If he was blind, she could stay next to Jin and care for him for the rest of her life. She groans in frustration before shaking all evil thoughts out of her head. She slaps herself for even having such thoughts.

No, Jin has to get his vision back. And once she gets him admitted into the hospital and get the treatment that he needs, Jisoo was going to end their relationship. That was the right thing to do.

30 minutes later, the porridge was ready. She grabs a bowl of porridge and made her way back into Jin's room.

Jin couldn't sleep after Jisoo left his room. Knowing that she was just right outside his door and afraid that she might run away again, he had gotten up and quietly watched her through the crack of his bedroom door. He saw that she has gotten a text from someone and he didn't like how that made him curious as to who texted her. He was never the jealous type. He never cared before about whom Sunni was texting or called. So why did it bug him so much when it was Jisoo?

And he's seen her so often and yet, his orbs still couldn't stay away from her face. He silently watched her with admiration and love in his eyes. How could he not have known that Minji was Jisoo? All the signs were there.

Minji's rice porridge that tastes exactly the same as Min Jisoo's. How Minji called him Mr. Kim Seokjin. How when he met Jisoo again after he regains his sight she smelled exactly like Minji. How he couldn't control his fast beating heart when he had touched Jisoo.

When he saw her getting the porridge ready to bring to him, he gently closed the door without making a sound and tiptoed towards his bed before jumping in and pretending to be asleep.

Jisoo opens the door and silently makes her way towards his bed. She sat the tray of food down on the night table before taking a seat next to Jin. She shook him gently as she woke him up.

"Oppa. Jin Oppa, the food's ready."

Jin pretends to stir awake and rub his orbs before sitting up in bed. He faked a yawn and stretched out his hands. Jisoo turns to pick up the bowl of porridge and stirred the food to cool it down.

"Ahhh," Jin opens his mouth and waits for Jisoo to feed him. He saw the cute smile that Jisoo had on her face and his heart melted at the sight. Her smile was just as beautiful. His mouth left open in awe at the sight, but Jisoo didn't catch on, thinking he was waiting to be fed. She fed a spoonful of porridge into his mouth and he quickly closes his mouth and when he swallowed the food, it went down the wrong tube, causing him to cough his lungs out.

"Oppa, are you okay?" She hands him the glass of water that she brought along with the food and Jin drunk it to help him clear out his throat.

Jin nods to answer Jisoo before she's taking another spoonful of porridge and holding it up to Jin's lip. He opens his mouth to take the bite but his orbs never left her face. He stares at the girl as she fed him and once Jisoo caught Jin's orbs, he didn't look away. He held her gaze and she immediately started to blush again.

She cleared her throat and started to uncomfortably shift on the bed next to Jin. Those brown orbs of Jin's kept burning holes through her.

Jin saw her flustered face and he loved how he could easily make her blush. His man ego starts to get higher as he confidently smirks and licks his lip of the porridge that had grazed it.

Jisoo's eyes fall onto his plumped and juicy lip. She wanted to kiss those damn lips so bad. She wanted to lick that tiny smudge of porridge off and just lose herself into him.

"Are you staring at me because I'm too handsome?" Jin teases the girl. She came back to reality and stood up tall and starts to laugh it off.

"What? Me stare at you? Pfffttt. You wish Jin. Haha.."

She awkwardly let out a laugh before sitting back down and calming herself down. Jin had to bite back a tiny laugh because she was so flipping adorable.

After finishing off the last of the porridge, Jin was starting to feel a little better. Indeed, Jisoo's porridge is a remedy, or at least he was full and no longer feeling weak.

*******

*Jin's POV*

"Minji-ah," I hesitantly called out to her.

"Hmm?" Jisoo hums to answer me as she set the empty bowl back on the tray.

"You remember Min Jisoo right? I told you once about her."

I observe as Jisoo's face falls at the mention of her real name.

"Uhh, Y-yeah. W-what about her?" Jisoo nervously asked looking anywhere but me.

"It's just that eating your porridge got me thinking about her."

"O-oh," Jisoo answered, looking a little more than nervous. And I could see it in her eyes that was avoiding mine.

Fear.

But what is it that she is fearing? Why was she so scared of me knowing she is Jisoo?

Is this how she reacted every time I asked or mentioned her name? Was she this shaken and timid? Why Jisoo? Why didn't you just tell me?

I couldn't help but feel a bit hurt. No matter how much I try to deny it, the fact that she still kept her true identity away from me hurts. There was just too many questions buzzing around my head.

I stared at the tiny shaken girl next to me and I wanted to hold her. I wanted to kiss her, caress her. I wanted to love her.

And more than anything else, I wanted to know why she couldn't tell me she was Min Jisoo.

"You want to hear something funny? I went to your university a while ago to look for you, but I ran into Min Jisoo instead."

Her face was suddenly sad and filled with tears at the memory of us meeting that day. A tear ran down her cheek and my hands were itching to wipe it away. I wanted to kiss her tear away but I held back, for now.

"She made me feel weird around her..." I whispered towards Jisoo and her glistening eyes found mine. It held so much sadness that I just wanted to hold her dear to me and tell her everything was going to be okay.

"She reminded me so much of you. She even used the same perfume as you. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought Min Jisoo was you."

But her lips were sealed shut, not daring to utter a word. She was gonna stay quiet and never tell me the truth.

"Minji-ah, is there anything you want to tell me?" I asked, giving her a chance to come clean. Still, not one word out of her. Her brown orbs broke away from mine. Soon she wiped her own tears away before a sad smile crept onto her lips.

"No Oppa. I don't have anything to tell you."

"Really?"

"Really, really."

I narrowed my eyes at her. With her refusing to tell me anything, then that could only mean one thing. She was planning on leaving me again once she knows I could see. Anger, fear, all sorts of mixed emotions were about to erupt in me.

She stood up from the bed and attempted to grab the tray with the empty bowl and glass, but I was quick to catch her wrist first, pulling her onto the bed, sitting next to me. Her face was filled with shock as her mouth and eyes opened wide.

"Oppa, what's wrong?" Jisoo tries to calmly ask me, but I could see the same fear in her eyes. That damn stupid look in her eyes that I want to erase. I want her eyes to be filled with love when she looks at me.

My hands had swallowed her tiny chubby cheeks. I gently stroke them as I pull her face closer to mine. Our lips only inches apart and I wanted so much to taste them again. I let tiny puffs of air out from my lungs as I try to slow down my fast beating heart.

I wanted to be loved by this girl and I want her to love me as Min Jisoo.

My eyes locked onto hers.

"Min Jisoo, why are you lying to me?"
