My ideas for a novel that i cant write

You know one of my ideas for a novel was a reincarnated guy with the power of background music. He's like a support type of character but he will mostly be alone in his journey. I'm sure a lot of people already wants this kind of power but it's mostly like an auxiliary power. My character's power is more like with different sounds he used different outcome happens. Like if he use slo-mo music time will slow down. If he uses a sound you usually hear when a villain arrives a villain arrives. If he uses something like an epic comeback music it's an epic comeback. Things like that is something I haven't seen yet or maybe there is one already if any one knows where can i find one tell me
