Queen Abyss: Letitia Yiva The Third

At the foot of majestic Mt. Olympus, a place of myth and legend lay a landscape that captivated the imagination and stirred the soul. This sacred terrain, with its rugged beauty and awe-inspiring grandeur, served as the gateway to the realm of the gods. It stood far removed from the chaos of the non-stop war against the Titans.

As one approached the foot of Mt. Olympus, the air became crisper, infused with a sense of anticipation and reverence. Towering cliffs and rocky outcrops dominated the scenery, their sheer faces seeming to touch the heavens above. The mountainside was adorned with verdant forests, their lush greenery contrasting against the rugged terrain, and the melodies of chirping birds and rustling leaves filled the air, creating a symphony of nature's harmonies.

At the base of the mountain, nestled within the embrace of the surrounding hills, stood a grand military tent, a testament to the gathering of leaders and warriors from diverse villages. This temporary stronghold exuded an air of purpose and determination, as it became the focal point of preparations for the impending war against the ogres in Kolladas tis Moira.

Surrounding the tent, the land stretched out in all directions, a patchwork of villages and encampments that dotted the sprawling plains of Kolladas tis Moira. From that vantage point, one could catch glimpses of life, of bustling activity as soldiers trained and prepared, their dedication evident in every movement. The landscape told tales of resilience and the will to defend their homes against the impending threat.

Beyond the villages, rising majestically into the heavens, was the imposing stronghold of the ogres. Its menacing presence loomed over the battlefield, a reminder of the formidable challenge that awaited. The sight of that central fortress, surrounded by the vast expanse of wilderness, served as a stark reminder of the struggle that lay ahead and the high stakes involved in that conflict.

The atmosphere within the tent crackled with vigour, infused with the weight of responsibility and the hope for a brighter future. Leaders from many villages had assembled there, their presence a testament to the magnitude of the impending battle. Their discussions echoed through the vast space, the sound of their voices blending with the scent of polished armour and the anticipation of conflict.

In that gathering, Queen Abyss, a powerful and enigmatic hooded Necromancer, presided over the meeting, her presence commanding respect and awe. Her dark aura permeated the tent, casting an ethereal glow upon the faces of those assembled. The leaders, their expressions a mixture of concern and determination, settled into their seats, their eyes fixed on the hooded figure at the heart of the gathering.

As the leaders settled into their seats, Queen Abyss stood in silence, her presence radiating an air of mystique. Yet, it was her companion, only known as Alice, a figure of ethereal beauty and intelligence, who stepped forward to address the assembly. All eyes turned to her, awaiting her words with bated breath.

Alice took centre stage, her voice clear and commanding, "Greetings, esteemed leaders and representatives. I stand before you as the voice of Queen Abyss, who leads us in this battle against the ogres. Today, we shall provide a plan that will ensure our victory and eradicate this dire threat. "

Alice waited for her words to sink in. She was secretly quite nervous to speak in front of such a crowd, but they had no choice. Only she could take up the role as everyone else she trusted had far more important duties to attend to. She resolutely calmed herself and continued.

"Our troop numbers stand at 140,000 cultivators, while the ogres have a force of 400,000. However, we possess the advantage of greater variety in abilities and higher intelligence. We must leverage these strengths to turn the tide in our favour."

A murmur of agreement rippled through the tent as the leaders exchanged glances, acknowledging the daunting odds they faced.

Alice continued, her voice steady but determined. "Fear not my friends, for we have Queen Abyss among us, whose powerful abilities can sway the course of this battle. Her presence alone is a beacon of hope for our cause. With her help, we can unleash a force that will shake the very foundations of the ogres' stronghold."

The leaders leaned forward, their attention fully captured by Alice's words. She conjured a 3-dimensional representation of the battlefield, a mesmerizing display that brought the impending clash to life before their eyes. The intricate model showed the sprawling plains of Kolladas tis Moira, dotted with villages and encampments, and the menacing stronghold of the ogres dominating the centre.

"Our strategy," Alice continued, gesturing towards the representation, "is to meet the ogres at the plains in front of the Northern entrance of their stronghold. We do not need complex tactics for this, all we need to do is guide the majority of the ogres to the centre of our formation. By doing so, we can take advantage of the sheer number of corpses that will amass in that area, creating a concentrated source of negative energy. It is here that Queen Abyss shall unleash her formidable powers to bring about the end of the ogres."

A murmur of scepticism rippled through the tent as the leaders exchanged glances. The plan seemed audacious, relying on the untested abilities of Queen Abyss and her companions. Doubt clouded their minds, for only a week ago, this group was virtually unknown. However, rumours of their swift rise in power and the countless ogres they had vanquished had spread like wildfire, earning them a fearsome reputation.

Ogres were negative energy creatures. Once they perished, their bodies gathered even more concentrated negative energy, thus a massive pile of ogre corpses was the type of nourishment a skilled Necromancer desired. All Necromancer classes were at least B+ in rating, thus they were a highly respected group, extremely useful in large-scale wars and battles. Under the right circumstances, it was better to have one talented Necromancer than a group of talented cultivators of other classes.

One of the village leaders, a seasoned warrior with grizzled features, spoke up. "Lady Alice, while your plan sounds intriguing, we have doubts about its feasibility. How can we be certain that Queen Abyss possesses the strength to harness such negative energy? The fate of our villages hangs in the balance."

The locals of any branded dungeon were created from the system and treated the dungeon as their home world. This version of Mt Olympus had its own history spanning many centuries. The vast majority of the combatants were locals from the dungeon, thus this was a matter of life and death for them. The users that were from other worlds were also fighting for survival, as the Nation Power they received from the villages they created here would greatly strengthen them once they left the dungeon.

The upcoming war was make or break for everyone involved. The ogres were a scourge that plundered resources and made expansion impossible for the human territories. Thus the humans had come to a temporary truce so they can remove the ogre threat. They would worry about their human foes once they dispatched the enemy ogres.

Alice's eyes sparkled with determination as she replied, "I understand your concerns, but I assure you that Queen Abyss possesses skills and abilities that surpass those of any Necromancer. She wields powers others can only dream of. Witnessing her in action is an awe-inspiring experience. She possesses a powerful trump card spell that she has not used. It requires a large amount of corpses to properly utilize. So long as we can create at least 50 thousand ogre corpses, she can turn the tide of battle!"

The leaders exchanged glances once more, their doubts slowly giving way to a flicker of hope. The reputation that had preceded Queen Abyss held sway over their decision-making. It was a gamble, but the stakes were too high to dismiss the chance of victory.

Then, as if to solidify their resolve, Queen Abyss stepped forward, her hooded figure emanating an aura of dark power. The air grew heavy with anticipation. In a dramatic flourish, she released a burst of death attribute mana, enveloping the tent in an ominous energy. The leaders' breath caught in their throats, a mix of fear and awe coursing through their veins. Many had witnessed her in action before, but her strength had never been this high. The aura of death she released caused the Life Force of the observers to flicker like a delicate candle flame.

"Impressive, isn't it?" Alice's voice cut through the tension, her eyes reflecting the power of her companion. "Queen Abyss is our leader, and under her guidance, we shall triumph. Together, we possess the strength to turn the tides of this war!"

A special thanks to our patrons: Claro Reyes, Mahkshum Akhmedov, Bald Taoist and Skyler Hicks. I just finished chapter 300 and I will add chapters 292 -300 to the drive tonight after some editing. It took me 8 years to write chapters 1-200, but only a few months to go from chapters 200-300. This is because of the support I have received from everyone despite my horrendous posting and editing. So thank you, guys, so much!
