" Hahahaha! I succeeded, I finally made it!" Ethan's laughter was probably heard by every living being of the forest.

" Are you serious?" Bastian appeared in the room looking extremely excited. It could be seen from the huge smile and open mouth of his.

Heavy thuds sounded, It was Tyrion rushing as well, the last to make it was Elora who didn't seem any less excited than the others.

"It's already been 4 months, and after opening up these many goblins I figured how to patch the basic the technique up." He exclaimed.

" So Do we now have the way to advance into transcendents?"

" No, not yet, however, I have managed to complete the chart, which basically means we can gather energy from around us then convert it according to our elements and grow our capacity to hold much more origin energy."

" Didn't you say that basic techniques were much slower?" Elora asked.

" That's true, but it's still much faster than our current rate. For me to see to it that techniques matching elements are completed I would have to, first of all, understand the element and how it functions. As the level rises, the more the understanding required so even If I make one now I won't be able to make the other parts later."

" Then we just have to do it ourselves." Bastian said plainly.

" No one understands his element more than himself. I'll hand you the technique and tell you the principle behind it then it's up to you to integrate your element into it." Ethan added.

" How much faster can this make us progress?" Tyrion asked.

" About 30 to 35% faster, an elemental technique would probably exceed 100%" Ethan answered.

" It seems that catching all those goblins didn't go to waste." Elora said.

" Of course, I've noticed that the pores of their skin somehow open when sleeping and their core then absorbs the origin energy and circulates it 80% similar to this technique."

" Then I noticed the patterns, there were 10 and 7 were similar to how goblins do it." He continued.

" But how can you recognize the patterns when none of us are able to sense energy?" Tyrion asked.

" I tried to drive the fire element I control into my eyes, Somehow later after they turned red, even though I was still unable to see it, I can sense the changes in its movement." Ethan answered.

" But what about the three other patterns?" Bastian wondered.

" The chip gave me the 8 first, 7 from the goblins were similar but the eighth was different and If we did the same we would have probably ended up the same as those goblins."

" You mean we would become them?" Elora's face paled.

" Yes and No, The origin energy affects everyone differently so we might become something else entirely but definitely no longer humans."

"Then how did you solve the last three patterns?" Bastian asked once again.

" At first I was stuck and confused with no way to do so. But then I used my eyes to check out my own body."

" Then…" Tyrion

" Yes! I noticed that when I ate flame beasts the energy in my body circulated in a natural pattern. As we all know, the beasts we ate have been most helpful in aiding our strength and the output of how much element power we can conjure."

" Then how the technique different?"

" The patterns of the technique and how energy circulated in our bodies are different but still similar. So I drew the natural patterns and compared them then combined them by patching the missing parts to create what I have now made."

" Does is it work for all bloodlines? and how do we convert it?" Tyrion asked.

" Yes, it works for everyone since it's a basic one, it diffuses origin energy in every cell of the body. The body then would handle the conversion to its own use."

" But what about integrating it into our blood and becoming transcendent." Bastian asked.

" Bastian, don't rush things don't forget we need to become S-rank before advancing or we'll never do so on higher levels." Tyrion reminded.

" Yes, Bastian we need to cultivate our abilities further, we're not even at primal evolver peak yet. And if we were we'd still suppress it." Ethan said.

" Then hurry and give us the technique" Elora rushed him.

" Okay, here it is, but heed my advice! DON'T try anything stupid or else you'd become something less than a goblin. Don't integrate origin energy in your blood. Don't try to contaminate it with elements. We can work on elemental techniques when we reach transcendent."

" Sure! Don't worry" They knew the severity of the situation

" Hey, when you created it did you use your eyes on your body alone or ours as well." Asked Bastian suddenly.

" Of course on all of you, but since there are differences I only took the common points while others were probably related to bloodlines."

"I see, I thought we can enhance it further." He shrugged.

Ethan then proceeded to teach them the technique. They first needed to open the pore of their skins which required meditation as if sleeping which was the difference between them and the goblins since goblins can't meditate and only do so when sleeping.

Afterwards, they would be able to sense it in the air, later, draw it from all around and leave the filtering to their body. The moment it enters the body, they would have to draw it to the centre of gravity.

They knew why because when they remembered their awakening they all felt something new and ethereal form in their bodies. Which is also where the energy came from. The basic techniques had them avoid 2 parts, the heart and the brain since they could not touch them.

The origin energy that entered their body entered their core to get filtered for the second time before it went out purer and circulated to all of their limbs and this time heart and brain as well.

They repeated the process for God knows how long. Then suddenly a voice came from their palm.

" What?" They all stopped almost at the same time, just some couple seconds of delay.

"This… Ethan what is this about?"

" I think it's because of the energy residue. All we have eaten these years must have left some unused energy in our bodies and the device considered it our own. I guess we never were Primal evolver late stage." Ethan guessed.
