Are those goblins?

Tyrion picked up three meatballs, threw them accurately with a distance between each. However, the dumb goblins seemed to chase after the farthest one as if they already had the other two in the bag.

Bastian and Ethan had long been waiting in ambush, Bastian's hair turned blue and lightning crackled all around him while Ethan's eyes turned red and his chains were now inflamed and dancing around.

Bastian disappeared and appeared behind the goblin using both his daggers which were able to transmit the lighting as well! they were condensed from the scales of the lightning snake and melted using Ethan's fire into their current shape but that was not the end of it! It also had two crystals embedded into them one blue the other purple from another lightning beast.

Somehow, the goblin felt danger and he swung his rod back at Bastian who blocked it with one dagger grinding against it and the other stabbing its neck successfully. There was another incoming blow from another goblin who leapt with great speed at him striking at his back.

However black flaming chains caught its waist mid-air and lifted it high up in the sky and crashed it into the ground making a crater and an explosion sound. These chains were made from the spikes and bones of hedgehog-like beast they fought against and were embedded with two red crystals.

Bastian took his gun which had energy cores before but now had a crystal as well, it was white bluish one! A shot ran through the air as a blue energy bolt landed where the crater was freezing the ground.

Ethan who used Elora's help to watch how the process of extracting energy from those crystals understood that each crystal can only be exploited through transmuting it to a metal or material of the corresponding element.

For example, Bastian's daggers were made from the lightning snake's scales which used to emit lightning as well so the daggers can also react towards lightning but not other crystals with different elements. The same for Ethan's chains because the beast with spikes used to spit fire.

Elora agreed to help after Bastian and Ethan said They would make her a weapon as well. She had two abilities, sensation or so it was called, she can sense the surroundings in a sphere like space ahead of it. Her range was about a Hundred meters. The second one was primary telekinesis and she was able to control two swords max and attack from distance which was not needed in this fight. It was exactly because of this ability that Ethan figured out how the power went out from the crystal. Because touching it himself made the current of power disperse unless it was a fire element one, however, hers seemed neutral and could not affect it no matter the element.

She managed to awaken this after eating multiple eggs of what seemed to have been a spider nest, they never found the spider though. She also went through a night of suffering as well however it was very funny after because it was her head that expanded and went back to normal after. They used this to tease her a lot.

Tyrion looked towards his brothers and closed his fist crushing the goblin held within it. It was only because of his abnormal strength and defence that he managed to do so easily. The goblin was in no way weak, it's just that after eating the meat of an iron bear which was their hardest fight ever. They retreated 2 times after fighting, they didn't dare face any attack head-on, but they won on the third try with ample preparation. Bastian the bastard has been hiding all the time and used an ice bullet to freeze his behind, including ass and balls after which Ethan used his flames to blow them up!

Honestly, they were not proud of that victory but after seeing the awakening of Tyrion, they forgot about it. His raw strength was unreasonable! How? He could rip a huge tree up from its roots just like that. Don't forget that the smallest tree is hundreds of meters tall and about a dozen meters thick! His defence also went from a normal brick built castle to a well-equipped fortress.

" It seems like it won't be as simple as we thought," Bastian said.

" Yeah! we underestimated them but if we use our full strength we should be able to face them all together." Ethan guessed

" No need to risk we'll get rid of the corpses and repeat the process," Tyrion replied

" If there are only the 27 ones left, it should be easy enough," Bastian thought.

" let's do it!" Elora said.

The second fight was against 5 to which the result was the same. The doom of the 5 goblins, however, that was that! Then suddenly Elora screamed.

" Not good! I'm sensing a hundred heartbeats rushing to us! Shit, we're surrounded."

"What? How did this happen!" Tyrion asked.

" I don't know, There are hundred rushing out from the ruins and about thirty from all other directions."

" How could you let this happen" Ethan asked.

" Something is suppressing my sensation! It's like they're coming out of nowhere. I have no idea how those surrounded us! I told you as soon as they entered my range." She complained but two swords were floating alongside her ready to slash.

" Tyrion, Ethan, Full power, let's break their circle!" Bastian's hair turned blue and lifted itself up with lightning crackling all over him. He dashed faster than ever as if he was never there in the first place and a scream ran out instantly then another but the third one seemed weird.

The first was a goblin, so was the second but the third was Bastian's, he wasn't injured he just smashed against what seemed like an invisible barrier. The three looked at him with surprise, he got up and ran a full circle killing 3 more goblins in the process.

" We're trapped!" He said his face black.

" Then let's clear those surrounding us first so we won't have to watch our backs while fighting the other hundred! split up and divert their attention." Bastian said and rushed to slice some goblins. He was most efficient in battle strategies and had a knack for it.

Even though Bastian had amazing speed, but the goblins had outstanding reflexes as well, so he could only kill those caught off guard with a slash to their throats. Ethan used his chains to entangle them and pull himself towards them then swing them mid-air killing four in the process.

Elora used one sword to attack one goblin while the other stabbed it from the back and repeated it 3 times. Tyrion was like a charging bull it only took one fist to blow a goblin up. The goblins noticed it and started to run away from him.

The group of thirty had been cut down to only ten who ran away to the new emerging horde of goblins led by a one that was bigger than Tyrion in size but that was not just it. It had yellow skin and on its left side were 2 smaller ones yet bigger than others that had red skin.

" Hahaha! It seems like it's time to try those things out" Bastian laughed as the fighting intent in him burst out.

He drew out his guns and shot those two red hobgoblins who used clubs with fire to repel those bullets. After successfully drawing their attention towards him, they split and attacked him. The yellow one looked at this and focused on the others once again as if it was sure Those two were enough to handle Bastian.

Bastian, pushed the trigger multiple times creating a hail of bullets making the two goblins defend, the bullets just kept on coming and if one noticed the two goblins were now wet and steam was all around them.

He then slung them back and took out his daggers and launched two lightning slashes that actually left the daggers and rushed like crossed lightning towards the two. One dodged as he stepped back while the other defended.

The one that defended, had electricity paralyze him enough for Bastian to vanish from his place and end up behind his back as he used his dagger to cut its neck open and vanish once again.

The red hobgoblin had its throat slashed and his back struck by his comrade sealing it fate. This was the reason Bastian left, because he already knew that he would be attacked by the other one but they have underestimated his speed.

The enraged goblin looked at his comrade's corpse, even though knowing it was not his strike that killed it but it reduced his anger no less. It wanted to rush but a new hail of bullets started once again so it had to keep on dodging the whole time.

Bastian threw one of his guns that were still glowing towards it. This new unexpected attack caught it by surprise, it thought the gun would explode so it put its club in front of it ready to defend but nothing of what was supposed to happen.

Bastian bolted to the gun while it was still mid-air and caught it launching a bullet towards the club on fire and at this proximity it made the hobgoblin step back. As soon as the trigger was pulled Bastian already let go, launched lighting at that same spot and rushed his speed to max showing up on top of its shoulders. Using his two daggers, its head floated up in the sky while its hands were still trembling.

Such was the advantage of speed, killing the opponent before it could show its power. This however still took a toll on Bastian's body since you could see him sweating and catching his breath.

Tyrion was looking at the yellow one with a grin, it was like two tigers facing off against each other with no one backing down!

" Ethan, Elora, handle the others, this big guy is mine!"

" Sure! Remember, don't push yourself and If you need help say it or I'll let a tail of hair grow out from your ass! You know I can do it!" Ethan said

" Okay!"
