Main Skill Seed

Arthur is overjoyed by the reward. But his joy was broken instantly when he remembered something. Those three monsters wished for their freedom and they hoped for Arthur to help them achieve that.

If he chose a black skill now, then only one of the three will go free. There must be a way to free all of them.

While he was thinking, both of the black skills are excited. Whoever this human will pick, it will decide which of them is greater than the other. It was a long standing between the two of the black skill seeds.

Luckily, the third black skill seed did not present itself yet, they have time to entice the kid.

"Young one, if you want the power to protect yourself and the people that you love, then you and I are perfect match. The skills that I can give you will make you famous wherever you go." The black skill seed with a female voice started the attack.

"If you want to be called the ultimate turtle, then yeah, of course you should pick her. But if you want to have the power to decimate your enemies instantly, then you can just pick me. Everyone will admire you." The black skill seed viciously attacked back and made his argument.

Unknown by both of them, Arthur was still busy thinking of a way to help his friends, he never bothered to listen to their impressive speeches.

He stared directly at the two floating skill seeds and thought that something was wrong.

'How can I forget, there are three black skill seeds and two of them are present, so where is the other one?'

"I am happy that you will me give me such precious reward, but to my understanding, there are three of you. Am I not allowed to see the third one?"

'Oh no'. Both of the skill seeds yelled simultaneously on the inside. There fears are starting to come true.

"You are allowed of course. But why don't you pick your rewards between us before you talk to him." Bolton sounded very impatient but Arthur never noticed from his voice.

"It is alright. Can I request one of you to call the third one? It is alright if it gets too long, I can still wait for it."

'I need all of them to help me free my friends. Maybe I can request all of the skill seeds instead of the previous reward. What if they agree but the other one will not, then it will be waste of my time. I need to risk it.'

"Enough you two. Stop playing around." The third black skill seed fell down and floated in front of Arthur. The skill is an octagon shaped one but the perimeter of the black skill seed is colored gold. This black skill seed used a voice that can be associated with an old man but there is some archaic feeling about it.

"What do you want kid? I don't want you to waste my time and be very simple and direct with your words."

"I want all of you three." Arthur was flustered by the imposing attitude of the third skill seed that he immediately said this.

"Fine, I accept." Surprisingly, it agreed.

"Hold on, Big Brother". Both Thea and Bolton readily protested by this sudden judgement.

"Are you disobeying me now?"

"Now, if there is nothing more, I will be your main skill seed. We will harmonize with you at the same time."

Without waiting for his reply, all three black skill seeds planted themselves on his head. Arthur instantly black out. He laid there face down on the ground for a moment before all the orange fog surrounding the black tree circled him.

Outside the black tree zone, Lord Saven, Rodan and Kripkey waited patiently for some sign. Once they saw the fog disappearing quickly, they became cheerful.

They decided to go and see what is happening but they were stopped asked to go back by a female voice.

They were informed that Arthur is harmonizing with a skill seed but they did not know if it is one of the three black skill seeds.

"Let us go back. Once he is finished, then it is never too late for us to know. One thing we know for sure is that he is safe."

The trio waited for days for Arthur's return. Days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months. They waited for a full year and nothing happened.

Another year was added but their trust that Arthur will succeed never stopped.

It was on the third day of the second year when they felt something. They turned their at the same time towards where the black tree is.

There was an orange pillar of light present and it seems that it becomes wider by the second. Soon, they range of the pillar took them in, once inside, their faces instantly changed.

Total suppression.

It feels like that there only choice was to surrender.

"Hey guys, I'm back. Did you miss me?"

All three of them heard the voice, and the devastating feeling of hopelessness instantly vanished as if it never existed.

Kripkey was the first one to turn around. There is a boy naked from the waist up and had torn pants from the waist down. That human was once a bit skinny, but now had the best kind of muscles. His face is now more handsome than ever.

Kripkey recognized him as soon as he saw him even though there are changes in his physical appearance.

That boy was Arthur Zell.
