An-安-means peace, quiet (or my preferred meaning would be content, which is really ironic)
biaoge-表哥-older cousin brother (from maternal family line)
biaomei-表妹-younger cousin sister (from maternal family line)
Feng-风-means wind, it is a family (last) name in the story
gege-哥哥-older brother
gongzi-公子-young master
Guzhu-谷主-directly translated as master of the valley
heng-哼-an indignant noise
junzhu-郡主-a title for a female of royalty or it could be a honorable title that is gifted by the emperor by royal decree, status is below that of the Emperor's children, but above most normal noble families
Lan-蓝-means blue, family name of the female protagonist
meimei-妹妹-little sister
Ming-冥-means hell-title of nobility in story
peng-砰-the sound of the explosion makes
puchi-噗嗤-the sound of knife entering flesh
qinggong-轻功-martial arts ability to move lightly without leaving footprints or the ability to climb walls
ruqun-襦裙-a one piece dress
shi-氏-indicates a woman's maiden name like how we say nee then (last name)
shifu-师父-teacher of a certain discipline or skill
tongfang-通房-means exactly through room, but it just means that, when used in conjunction with servant girl (丫鬟）means that she sleeps with the master of the house on the side
taibao-太保-also another teacher of the princes and princesses
wangye/wang-王爷/王-can be translated as prince but it not only a title gifted to the son of the current Emperor but also belongs to the brothers of the Emperor.
wangfei-王妃-likewise this can be translated as princess but is it not a title given to the daughter of the Emperor rather to the wife of a wangye.
wangfu-王府-manor of a wangye
weishi-为师-used to refer to oneself as "this teacher"
Wu Qing-无情-heartless or without love
Xiao Jin Pavilion-销金阁-literally translated to "spending gold" pavilion
yiniang-姨娘-a title given to a concubine, in a regular non-royal family it is the highest concubine status you can achieve
zhuangzhu-庄主-owner of manor/mansion/villa, in the pugilistic world it indicates a certain high status
