Konoha

It has been about one year since I signed both the Dragon and Alpha Series contracts, and a lot has happened in this year

To begin with, after my celebration for my successful flight on Kyou, I talked to Konan for a bit about the whole reincarnated person thing

"I just.. I can't believe my whole life was being made up by some asshole who intentionally creates plot holes, you know.." She was sitting on a wooden couch in front of me "It was too much to handle at once, so I had to think things out"

"I get that, and in no way do I think any of you are fake or are just lines on a page. I stopped doing that when I met Shinji and Nanami. The showed me that this world isn't just a two dimensional series full of inconsistencies. They showed me that everyone in this world has hopes and dreams, desires to be lived out, and needs to be filled. You are the same way, in no way do I think of you as 'Konan from that one evil organization'. I think of you as Konan, my best friend" I said to her with a warm smile

She smiled back and hugged me "Thank you" she whispered in my ear

After that I got to work training with Hashirama as the base was being built, and he was even harder on me than Ms. Yoshina ever was. He made me run up mountains with just my hands, and attacked me with his trees whenever I was slacking. Ms. Yoshina only hit me with large rocks, and those kind of worked, but there's a whole nother level between a palm sized rock and a 2 story tall tree chasing after you..

The good thing about that kind of training was awakening my Wood Style!

Yahiko, Nagato, AND Shinji fainted when they first saw me creating trees like it was going out of style

That was a great day, because we finally got a supply of sharpies from a traveling merchant.. hehe

Anyway, Hashirama-Sensei's training got twice as hard after I awoke my wood style - Making me do intricate chakra control exercises and exhausting me of my chakra every second he could. I'm pretty sure I have a slight fear of trees following me now..

Yeah my Sharingan evolved again into Mangekyo level. It really wasn't anything special - Once I hit Elite Chunin in my stats and Jonin in Chakra it evolved automatically. It's appearance took on a mix of both Itachi's Mangekyo and Shisui's which looked like a sort of 8 sided Shuriken. It's powers were a mix of theirs too - Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu in my right eye with Kotoamatsukami on my left, which was great, but it was wayy too draining on me to use it comfortably, coupled with the blindness.. Yeah I'm going to need to wait until EMS to use it in combat.

I used the One Piece subsystem about 3 months into the training and it gave me access to its store, to which I sold the Devil Fruit to. The Bomu-Bomu no mi is useful, but is limited in its uses. If I'm going to eat a devil fruit, it's going to be something like the Gomu-Gomu or a Logia. I got 15,000 MP from selling it to the store though, which is nice but the Gomu Gomu costs nearly 200,000 and most of the Logias are over 150,000. I asked the system why the Logias were so high priced and it responded with -

[ Host, unless you go to the one piece world soon, to which I doubt, you would be pretty much invincible. Nobody knows Armament Haki here in the Naruto world, so nobody can hit you. That isn't really something I'm going to give you for a cheap price ]

It was annoying but reasonable. Invincibility this early on would be boring as well

I also reached level 5 with my sealing techniques so I gave the book to the team to study. Most of them have passed level 2, with Konan, Nanami, and Nagato up ahead at level 3, which is great

I also talked the Dragons into teaching me Senjutsu, which was a great day. I'm going to be starting to learn it once my Chakra levels hit Kage level at least, which shouldn't take more than a year according to Kyou.

Right now we are all heading towards Konoha. Our base was being guarded by a couple Alphas and Dragons so we could afford to bring everyone along. We were about halfway to Konoha when Hashirama asked me a question

"So tell me, when we first met you said you thought Foul play was involved during Uzu's destruction, Who would you say that was?" He wanted to know who needed to be taken out. Good

I cleared my throat "Well from the rumors I heard in Ame, People were seen around the outskirts of ame with blank masks on their faces and the Kanji 'Ne' on their foreheads, which points to the organization ROOT, headed by advisor to the Hokage - Shimura Danzo" I explained. Hashirama narrowed his eyes at the name. Yes! "ROOT's goal is to train emotionless soldiers to serve only Danzo. He sends them out on suicide missions constantly. I think I heard something about their main recruiting source being the orphanage" He widened his eyes at that

"He advises Tobirama?" He asked confused "Tobirama would never let that kind of organization exist under his nose.."

"Hashirama, I'm sorry to say this but Tobirama died a few months after you" His mouth opened agape and he turned his head to the ground "Hiruzen Sarutobi is the 3rd Hokage, and the current acting one. I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know this organization exists" He steeled his eyes. I'm pretty sure I just secured Danzo's fate. Hooray!

"Well at least little Saru is now Hokage, I know he can be trusted" I nodded at that. Hiruzen was really a cool guy, just a softie...

We were silent for the rest of the trip, until we came upon the front gates of the wooden city

"Heh, just how I remember it" Hashirama muttered under his breath

"Wow so this is Konoha eh? Better be some strong people here" Shinji said

"I am excited to learn about the bloodlines Konoha has here, they all seem so fascinating" you can guess who that is...

The Ame orphans were silent. Nagato has a bad history with Konoha nin and Yahiko and Konan were just in wonder of the large gates and the Hokage Mountain behind them

"Halt!" shouted a guard at the gate booth. It's weird not seeing Izumo or Kotetsu.. "State your name and purpose for coming to Konoha" He said to us

Hashirama did a quick, smokeless henge and lowered his hood. He walked up and talked to the guard for a few moments before coming back to us, smiling - The giant wooden gates opening behind him

"We can go in now" He said before heading in the direction of the Hokage tower.

We stepped inside and I addressed the group

"Alright team, you all can do whatever however" I looked to Shinji "No running off and challenging the stongest person in the village" he pouted. I turned to Nanami "You can study whatever, but please don't kidnap anyone?" She nodded in confirmation, good. I turned to Nagato and Yahiko "Nagato, make sure and hide your eyes. We don't need anyone trying to take you for breeding stock just because they can" he nodded, a little fearfully "Yahiko, please don't spend all of our funds on Pocky.." he grinned and nodded. I turned to Konan finally "Konan... Just be you I guess, you aren't as bad as these guys and you can protect yourself from the common civilian, so just have fun" she gave me a warm smile and nodded

We all agreed to meet up at the Hokage tower in a few hours, so we all split off

I split off and tried to catch up to Hashirama, who was leisurely walking towards to tower with a small smile on his face

"Hashirama!" I called after him, he turned around and looked at me

"Hey! I thought you would head off with the rest of the team?" He asked me

"Nah, I wanted to see Hiruzen's face when you drop the disguise" I grinned at him, to which he grinned straight back

We entered the tower at around noon, after sightseeing for a bit. It was cool to see all of these locations that you only saw in the Anime, here in front of you in full 3D

"Excuse me?" Hashirama asked the receptionist "Is the Hokage busy at the moment?"

She looked up from her paperwork and smiled "He is free for the moment, you can go up and see him now" she told us

"Great. Thank you" Hashirama smiled in his disguise

We both walked up to the Hokage's office together. I could sense the ANBU following us, which I got - we just entered the village a few hours ago and we want to see the Hokage right now? They would be crazy NOT to send ANBU to follow us

We stepped in front of the wooden door to the office. Hashirama knocked a few times

"Enter" Came a voice from inside

The door opened and we stepped inside. The office around us was a basic round room with a curved desk at the far side with windows behind it. On the walls beside us stood 4 pictures - The three Hokages and the map of the entire Elemental Nations. Sitting at the desk in front of us sat a man who looked no older than 40, with slight gray-brown hair spiking off of his slightly wrinkled face. He sported a short goatee without a moustache, and his Light Brown eyes sported slight markings around his eyelids. He was wearing the traditional Hokage robes with his hat laid down on the side of his desk, and he looked at us with a piercing, calculating gaze

The man stood in front of us, would eventually be named The Second God Of Shinobi, The teacher of the Sannin, and would die at the Sand-Suna invasion by Orochimaru.

This mans name.. Was Hiruzen Sarutobi! The Third Hokage!
