Attack

The next day, Liu Ying Yue's office.

"Have you investigate who's the one that attacked me?", Liu Ying Yue asked.

"Yes, boss. In this file contains the information that you want. Including him", Zhang Wei said as he put the file in front of Liu Ying Yue on the table.

Liu Ying Yue opened the file on the table as she read what's inside. Not long after, the young woman still with her usual poker face but her eyes show that she was amused. Liu Ying Yue looked up to look at Zhang Wei with a smirk. Zhang Wei grins widely at her, knowing what she's going to do.

Even so, he still asks, "Boss, your words?"

"Attack."

"Roger.", Zhang Wei replied as he excitedly exits the office.

Zhang Wei closed the door and turned around to leave, but he bumped into someone. He looked up to see the person that he hates, Zhao Heng. Even though he hates this man, being a two-faced human being, he gave him a polite smile and said, "Mr.Zhao-"

Before he could even finish his words, the man in front of him cut him off as he angrily said at Zhang Wei, "Are you blind?! Can't you be more careful?!"

Zhang Wei was speechless, this dumb man was the one who stood in front of his boss door's office without reason.

"Mr.Zhao-"

"Forget it."

Again he was cut off, he lips twitched slightly, trying to control his anger. Taking a deep breath, he looked at the man in front of him and smiled politely as he said, "If there's nothing, excuse me."

He was about to leave, but the man blocked his path and said, "Mr.Zhang, it seems like Ms. Huang Ru Shi won't be coming to you."

He looked at the man in front of him as he arrogantly smiles, mocking him.

Zhang Wei smiled coldly but doesn't say anything.

The man in front of him shivers as he stared at the young man in front of him as he smiled coldly to him. If Liu Ying Yue smile was like a devil incarnation. Then, Zhang Wei smiled was like a demon.

Zhao Heng gulped on his saliva unconsciously, but then returned to his usual self as he said, "Tell your boss to be careful and not to speak freely in front of the media or her reputation would turn worst."

Zhang Wei still smiled coldly and then he said, "Mr.Zhao, instead of worrying about others..,"

Zhang Wei paused for a second and then he grinned widely at Zhao Heng, "You should worry about yourself. Don't want yourself to get caught, huh?"

With that, Zhang Wei leave.

Zhao Heng froze as he face shows that he was frightened. There were sweats on his forehead. His face turned pale and his eyes were wide. He was shocked after he heard what Zhang Wei just said.

"It's impossible...," Zhao Heng mumble.

"He can't possibly know..,"

"What know?"

He snapped out from his daze when he heard a woman voice as he stared nervously towards the young woman in front of him.

In front of him was Liu Ying Yue as she looked at him blankly.

Liu Ying Yue was doing her work diligently but then she heard the noise outside her door's office. At first, she ignored the voices and continued focus on her work, but despite her cold attitude, she was actually a curious person! To be honest, Liu Ying Yue was a complicated person. In front of everyone, she would put a cold personality, but if she's alone or with someone that she's close to, then, her weird, cheerful personality would come out.

Thus, being a curious person she was, she stood up, walked towards the door and put her left ear on it as she tried to eavesdrop.

The voice was Zhang Wei and Zhao Heng.

Liu Ying Yue smirked as she secretly cheered for Zhang Wei.

A few minutes later, the voices gradually weakened as she heard footsteps leaving.

Liu Ying Yue waited for a minute before she opened the door.

After waiting, she swung the door opened to reveal a man with a pale face and wide eyes. The man face looks like he just saw a ghost. He was mumbling some nonsense things, but Liu Ying Yue knew what made the man frightened so much. He doesn't even realize that Liu Ying Yue was in front of him.

Liu Ying Yue smirked, but the smirk quickly disappeared as she back to her usual poker face.

The man quickly stood straight and tidy up his suit as he got back to his usual demeanor.

"Mind your own business!"

With that, he turned to leave.

Liu Ying Yue's lips twitched, this old man! she thought as she stared at the man back figured leaving.

With an annoyed face, she walked towards the kitchen area to make herself some tea.

The man smiled softly at the woman sitting in front of him.

The woman was silent as she looked down. She was afraid to look at the man in front of her. But even so, she tried to be strong.

"I did everything.", she said softly.

"Mhm."

"Ah-h!"

The man suddenly grabbed a hand full of her hair as he brought her face closer towards him. He saw tears fell down from her eyes to her cheeks, but he couldn't careless.

"If this fails. Prepare the consequences." the man said as he grinned widely at the woman in front of him, crazily.
