I call bullshit. Tyris makes a promise and she does not keep it. Why even make the damn promise if you're not going to bother honoring it. This reeks of the author either forgetting or he came up with a scenario that he wants to go with after he wrote the chapter where Tyris makes her promise. On a side note Lith never reflects on said promise either and he knows who Tyris really is.
