new friends
Several days later…
Ryou blissfully awoke to the few morning rays that penetrated into the cave. After a bit of satisfying stretching he looked around.
'Come to think of it, I did not even look at the deepest part of this cave, perhaps there is treasure within, and I would have left without procuring it,' Ryou thought as he strolled deeper into the cave
After a few moments of experimentation Ryou was able to make his arm glow with a simple Mana emission through his circuits, allowing him to see as he progressed further into the cave.
After half a turn of time he arrived in a chamber deeper in the cave, Ryou was pleasantly surprised to find huge gems shining with their naturally cut facets gleaming in his arms light.
"Hehe if I was in my other world, this moment would be the moment that I became the richest man on the planet," said Ryou as he passed between several crystalline pillars.
As Ryou progressed further there was a definite increase in vegetation within this cave, a variety of plants that looked like simple weeds, Ryou did not stop to examine them and continued his exploration deeper and deeper.
*a couple hours later…
"So you're a reincarnated person from another world," said a deep voice.
"You do not look a bit surprised by that," said another voice.
"But of course reincarnation from another world here is very rare but it does not mean it does not happen," the deep voice said again
Ryou who was walking through the cave began to hear these voices but could not find where the sound came from, as they continued he realized it was more accurate to say the voices skipped his ear canals completely and appeared directly in his mind. "Calm down Veldora let us first see if it's hostile or not," said the slime
Ryou curiously looked at the slime and asked "excuse my impropriety but what are you discussing?"
"Hmm? You hear me talking too?" asks slime surprisedly
"Oh it seems that this kid has the ability to interfere with telepathic messages, this is the first time I have seen one so small and weak do so, " exclaimed the dragon
"Ah so that's it, perhaps it is because I have some affinity with mental magics" said Ryou

"Don't worry be happy" said Ryou

"Me? A Reincarnated being like you" said Ryou with his usual poker face
"A Reincarnated being also ???" cried the slime, "which country did you come from?" asks the slime in quick succession
"Ryou Kanata, Nihon.Pleased to meet you" said Ryou
"Japan is it, perfect, I'm from Japan too, so you're a compatriot. Pleasure to meet you too, in the other world my name was Mikami Satoru" said the slime, "So really there may be more people from Japan out there, maybe I will find them "said the slime as it pondered.
"Hey you two, I'm still here," the dragon said when he felt ignored.
"Oh sorry Veldora" answered the slime
"But eventually you will both leave, and I will be left alone once more," Veldora said in a sad voice.
"Can not you leave here?" asked Ryou
"No, I was sealed here by the Hero 3000 thousand years ago, the tedium is indeed… tedious" said Veldora
"So there are Heros in this world" commented Slime
"Yes, there are several Heroes with different types of abilities, this Hero that sealed me was very strong despite appearing to be a fragile girl. She managed to seal me by using the unique ability [absolute separation] and [Infinite Prison]" said Veldora in a happy voice
"He lost because he was amazed at her feminine appearance" thought the slime and Ryou together

"WAIT!" cried Veldora, "there's no way, I'll be friends with you," Veldora said.
"Well I'll be in your care," said the slime as it flattened itself trying to make a bowing gesture.
"I say the same," said Ryou
"Hmph" grunted Veldora
"So what do we do about your problem? " asked the slime
"Hm?" said Veldora
"Of course as your friends should help you get out of here" stated the slime, "Do you have any ideas to free him?" the slime asks Ryou.
"I do not know, I would have to analyze this seal before having a definite answer" Ryou said while walking toward Veldora.
The circuits in Ryou's arm begin to light up surprising Veldora and slime
while walking Ryou rebounded suddenly of a previously invisible sphere covered in magic arrays.
"So that's the seal" commented the slime while Veldora just watched.
Ryou delved into his mental library and discovered a analysis magic. 'this should help' he thought, then he stored it into a circuit. "Mmmfiirggggarnrgg" he shouted as he attempted to distract himself by bashing his head on a nearby pillar repeatedly. Veldora and the slime watched on amusedly.
After the pain receded Ryou caught his breath and approached the seal once more.
[Analiar] said Ryou and mana passed through his circuits and began to sample the invisible shield.
Seconds later the light fades and looking at Ryou who wore disappointed expression.
"I can not even analyze this seal currently, it is extraordinarily complex, if I stopped to study it and analyze it for a few years, or decades, maybe I figure out a way to break it. But no promises" said Ryou.
"Really? It is an option but not a great one. [Great Sage] do you know a way to break the seal?" said the slime, leaving Ryou confused "Great Sage?" he thought

"Hmm? What was that voice?" Ryou questioned, surprised to hear a voice besides the three of them there.
"This is one of my skills that I gained when I came to this world [Great Sage]" explained slime
